Later that night, Candace was alone in a new room just below Dora’s. She was sitting by the window, bathed in moonlight, all other lights were out.

Suddenly, under the soft celestial light, a brilliant crystal fell from each of her eyes.

Looking at the moon, she whispered to herself.

"See you again in another world?... don’t joke with me, I’m immortal... how can I do that?... how?... Tell me... Midgard... How do you kill an immortal?"

She wiped away a few tears but the next wave flooded in again with more energy.

Alone in her room, she let the wind caress her hair, occasionally feeling two comforting hands on each shoulder.

"You two are so cruel... I thought we were going on a trip together..."

The night had its share of sadness and reflection.

A lot happened and the time to think about everything was too short.

At dawn, Zuri brought Dora breakfast.

Fearing that someone might poison him, they had decided to take care of all his needs themselves, so every night someone slept in his room and brought him his food.

This task was on Zuri that day, dressed in a purple dressing gown, she held a tray containing bread, pancakes, milk, cereal, and fruit.

Dora was already awake, giving her a worried look because this sight brought back too many bad memories.

She sat next to him and started to feed him.

As he ate, the boy noticed that she kept staring at him, making him feel a little uncomfortable.

Zuri looked at him then at the only spoon she was feeding Dora with and smiled mischievously.

She took a big spoonful of cereal and brought it to her mouth and perfectly cleaned it.

Dora was a little troubled by her passion when he realized what she had done as soon as she filled a new spoonful and handed it to him.

She smiled innocently but a spark was in her eyes.

Suddenly, the door opened, revealing Mercy in panic.

Zuri dropped the spoon and it echoed throughout the room.

Outside, a vehicle was stationed in front of the hospital with familiar figures next to it.

The Queen’s nymphs, led by Eryl stood next to the limousine with smoked windows.

Candace and her group arrived at them, most with visible anger.

"How dare you come here?! You people have no shame??"

"The nymphs Queen... Oh... Look who’s there." Freya narrowed her eyes upon seeing Eryl.

Eryl didn’t answer and just lowered her head and closed her eyes.

Next to her, the maid with fox features leaned towards Eryl.

"Come on, you’re the only one who can remember a long speech. Do the talk."

"what talk? After everything you did, you still want to cause more harm?" Candace grumbled.

Mercy joined too, her fists clenched.

"We know You guys are working for that coward Queen, you’re here for Dora now?"

Eryl sighed, looking slightly away, she muttered in a very low voice.

"Her majesty... is fine with letting you pursue your plan."

This statement filled everyone with confusion. They looked at each other, wondering if they had heard right.

The nymphs looked at her then at Eryl who had turned silent again. The maid with the cat’s features sighed loudly in annoyance.

"We hate all of ya, but we hate some even more..." Mercy leaned forward, her hands starting to glow.

"Well, Ya should really fix yer anger issue." The cat maid said provocatively.

A vein popped on Mercy’s head, her hands glowing black then, the cat maid reacted by adopting an offensive stance.

The mouse maid hid behind Eryl, Iris took a step forward, and Freya and Agharita fixed Eryl who kept her eyes closed.

"OMG, I’m so done with you all." Nosfera walked in a slow step and stopped between them. "Miss Dean, control your students, those idiots won’t do anything!"

"Aww... you do care..." The mouse maid said, hugging the tail of the fox maid.

Nosfera facepalmed and turned to Candace.

"The Queen won’t even show herself, she is only here as an insurance."

The dean frowned and narrowed his eyes

"Yeah, we’ve seen how it went last time... But we refuse any kind of help from you, no matter what."

"At least listen first, it will really interest you, and even... yaaawn.... personally I think you will accept."

She clapped her hands and the fox maid took a box at her feet and walked toward Candace.

She opened it and the dean trembled.
