When Leo and the group got into the hall, an exhausted man rushed in and announced, ’’The Elven Empire is under attack by hundreds of monster waves, Your Majesty.’’

Dorian spun around with a shocked expression. He watched the older man turn towards him and spoke, ’’If you go help them, I’ll double your reward and grant my daughter’s request.’’

When the emperor said that Leo looked at Octavia, who blushed, causing him to think, ’She demanded that she be with me.’

’’Send everyone out in the morning and I’ll meet them by the border pass I’ve seen on the maps,’’ he replied, causing the group to look relieved.

Dorian smiled before approaching him and whispering, ’’I know Octavia likes you but it will cause many problems if I break the engagement, but I’m willing to do it.’’

’’Why?’’ Leo was curious, so questioned.

The older man’s smile grew, ’’Because you will destroy the Duke and his family as they will insult you.’’

’’Make sure they know it’s me she chose and tell them to see me if they have a problem,’’ he answered. ’’Where was the Elven Empire?’’

Dorian chuckled before pointing north. ’’You already know the path, but if you continue north, there will be a lush green forest that is the border of their domain.’’

After that, he approached Rozy, Luna, Bella, and Agatha, along with the four knights guarding the group. The girls beamed before greeting him with kisses and cuddles as the tanned beauty commented, ’’Should we meet you in the Monster Domain? Our training has helped all of us a lot.’’

Leo nodded in agreement while leaning forward and kissing her on the forehead. After that, he whispered, ’’Bring Helen with you. She wants to see me.’’

When Roxy heard this, her smile grew wide. ’’Sounds hot, but I’ll do it. I want to see you ravage the empress that everyone loves.’’

Leo chuckled at her response as Bella appeared with mischief in her beautiful blue eyes, ’’Stepbrother, Tessa wants to meet you. She’s been acting strange lately.’’

’’What are you up to, Bel?’’ he questioned with a chuckle.

The redhead flashed an innocent smile. ’’Oh, nothing. I just convinced her you’d take her out on a date,’’ she said, her tone deceptively sweet.

Leo froze for a moment, processing her words, and then burst into laughter. The sound echoed warmly, disarming any tension. Without missing a beat, he leaned in, pressing a kiss to her lips.

Bella’s eyes widened in shock, her cheeks flushing as her breath caught. The suddenness of it left her speechless, but the smile tugging at Leo’s lips told her he had no regrets. When Luna and Roxy saw this, they demanded the same treatment.

He chuckled before kissing and cuddling the two girls, who beamed in happiness. Following that, he left the palace after saying goodbye to Agatha, who was looking at him with her beautiful pink eyes.

The princess secretly dragged him into a quiet room. When they were inside, Agatha quickly wrapped her arms around his shoulder and planted a love-filled kiss that was so passionate that caught him off guard.

While they kissed, a deadly aura descended upon the palace, causing the brunette to go stiff as she revealed, ’’A Demon is here! And this time it’s so stronger that I can’t tell.’’

When he heard this, they rushed outside only to see a man floating in the air, glancing around until he stopped him. An evil smile appeared on his face as he descended to the ground as soldiers tried to charge at it.

’’Get away from him now!’’ Leo shouted, causing the men and women to jump back, which made the Demon laugh.

The newcomer fixed his gaze on Leo, an evil smirk curling his lips. ’’I can see why the continent worships you, hero,’’ he sneered, his tone dripping with mockery.

Leo’s eyes narrowed as tension coiled in the air. Before he could respond, Agatha’s voice came through softly but urgently in his earpiece.

’’That’s a Demon Assassin,’’ she warned, her tone heavy with concern. ’’And a powerful one at that. If my assessment is correct, he’s your counter. His abilities can outmatch your strength.’’

’’Is what she said the truth?’’ he asked, his voice steady but edged with anticipation. ’’You’re here just to fight me?’’

The enemy’s smirk widened, his dark aura flaring as if in response to Leo’s boldness. ’’Sharp as ever, hero,’’ he said, his voice a chilling blend of amusement and menace. ’’Yes, I’m here for you, and only you. Let’s see if you’re worthy of the worship they so foolishly shower upon you.’’

’’Don’t, Leo! He’ll beat you!’’ Agatha cried, her expression filled with worry as the tension in the air grew thicker.

Outside, the others arrived, their presence adding to the weight of the moment. Leo’s knights moved, forming a protective circle around the girls, their weapons at the ready and their gazes scanning for any threat.

Leo, however, was unshaken. Turning to the second princess, he flashed a wide, confident smile that seemed to defy the danger before him. His expression shocked everyone as the Demon was much stronger.

’’I’m going to beat him,’’ he said, his voice resolute and calm. ’’As he pointed out, the continent worships me. I can’t let them down now, as they will be my people one day.’’

His unwavering determination sent a ripple of relief through the group, but the air still buzzed with an undercurrent of fear. The Demon Assassin’s sinister smile only grew wider, his aura darkening, as if welcoming the challenge.

’’You foolish hero! You will fall today and the queen will reward me!’’ the enemy announced in a sinister voice as explosions rang out all across the capital.

Leo’s eyes narrowed as a group of people flew overhead to save the people as Emperor Dorian shouted to him, ’’We will look after the city hero! Show that Demon why the Founder picked you!’’

He chuckled when hearing this, but a notification popped up that made his eyes widen in surprise.
