My Love Debts Are Everywhere! -
Chapter 650 - 650: A Special Date With Zelda - Part 1
"Do you mean you need my fortune-telling powers?" Sophia asked, her tone filled with surprise.
"Yes, I need it," Leon replied, crossing his arms over his chest. "In four days, I'll be continuing my journey into Dwarven territory, and I need you to pinpoint the exact location. I also want to know if it's safe to proceed."
Unlike the Elven lands, which were relatively close to the Holy Orthodoxy, the Dwarven territory was extremely distant and isolated.
It lay neither within demon nor human lands, but far to the south of the continent—a journey that could take months.
Leon still vividly remembered how many had searched for the Golden City across various eras, yet none had ever succeeded.
Although the dragon ancestor had told him the city's location, he still lacked precise details.
After all, it had been over seven thousand years since the Evil God was sealed.
In such a long span of time, the Dwarven race might have relocated or migrated elsewhere.
"You're going on a journey?" Eliza echoed, surprised by his words.
Sadness quickly clouded her beautiful face as she looked at Leon with troubled eyes.
The Fairy Queen and Sophia also looked surprised, but they quickly regained their composure.
They had always known that Leon would leave eventually. After all, he was the fated one—a man burdened with a profound destiny.
Staying in Elven territory was merely a brief stop on his journey. Once his purpose here was fulfilled, he would have to move on.
"Fortune-telling for location and safety, huh?" Sophia muttered, frowning as she rubbed her chin. "That's actually simple for me, but I'm curious—why ask for my help when Elina can do it too?"
She glanced at Elina beside her, only to be surprised when Elina shook her head.
"I can't do that, Fairy Sophia. My ability is specialized in predicting the future, not reading the present."
"Ah, I see." Sophia gave a small nod, then turned to Leon with a smile. "In that case, I'll do it."
Leon let out a quiet sigh of relief and smiled warmly. "Thank you, Sophia."

The cities of the Elven race were not as advanced as those of the humans or demons. Their buildings were mostly made of wood, rather than brick or other materials.
This was largely due to limited natural resources. Unlike the humans and demons, who ruled over vast lands, the elves controlled only a quarter of the Forest of Eternal Silence.
Apart from wood, they had little else to use as primary construction materials.
Even so, that didn't mean they were falling behind. They built small cities and villages that, while less densely populated, were well-organized and comfortable to live in.
Trade between Elf communities runs smoothly, keeping their economy active and stable.
In addition, they have well-developed and comprehensive facilities, including clinics, hospitals, restaurants, and more.
As a long-lived race that has existed for thousands of years, their civilization is certainly not one to be underestimated.

The city nearest to the Emerald Palace was Lusire City, one of the larger and more densely populated settlements among the Elven cities.
Even after nightfall, the city remained lively, with many elves still trading and shopping to meet their daily needs.
Young couples could be seen enjoying date nights, adding to the city's vibrant atmosphere.
At the moment, Leon and Zelda were walking side by side, casually admiring the view as they looked around.
To avoid drawing unnecessary attention, Leon had disguised himself as a silver-haired elf with long ears.
Despite the disguise, his handsome features still drew attention, catching the eyes of many female elves—both subtly and openly.
Zelda had also adjusted her appearance to look more unremarkable, rounding her face slightly and adding a small mole near her temple.
"Is this your first time in the city, Zelda?" Leon asked curiously.
Zelda looked momentarily surprised, then replied, "What? No, of course not. Why would you think that?"
"Then why do you look so excited? Like it's your first time here." With a hint of suspicion, Leon raised an eyebrow.
"Uh… well…" Zelda scratched her cheek, clearly embarrassed. "I have been to Lusire City before, but it was for work—not to actually enjoy the place like this."
She smiled wryly and lowered her gaze slightly. "I never had the time to enjoy myself because of work, so I was surprised to see how festive the city feels. It's so different from what I remember."
Hearing her words, Leon felt a pang of guilt. If he hadn't asked, perhaps she wouldn't have recalled that part of her past.
"All right," he said with a warm smile, gently taking her right hand. "Let's make some memories, then."
Zelda was briefly taken aback, but her smile quickly returned.
"Mm! Let's have fun!"
She glanced at their interlocked hands and blinked softly, her eyes hinting at something unspoken.
They walked on with fresh enthusiasm, taking in the vibrant sights around them.
When they passed a women's clothing boutique, Zelda's eyes lit up at the sight of a white gown with a delicate jasmine pattern displayed in the window.
"Wait a second, Leon. I want to try that on—you can tell me what you think after," Zelda said, eyes still fixed on the gown.
Before he could reply, she had already dashed into the store and disappeared into the dressing room.
Leon let out a quiet chuckle and followed her inside.
Moments later, the curtain drew back, and Zelda stepped out wearing the gown.
"How do I look? Is it nice?" she asked, flashing a charming smile.
Leon stood speechless, his eyes fixed on her.
He had known the gown would suit Zelda—but he hadn't expected it to look so perfect on her that it left him speechless.
Her pure, graceful beauty complemented the flowing jasmine-patterned gown as if it had been made just for her.
Zelda had a slender figure, subtly accentuated by seductive curves. The white gown balanced everything perfectly, highlighting her elegance rather than drawing bold attention.
Leon finally snapped out of his reverie and clapped his hands. "That looks amazing! I really like it."
"I knew it would fit," Zelda replied with a satisfied smile. "Then I'll buy it."
Just as she turned to close the curtain and change back, Leon gently stopped her.
"Don't change. Just wear the gown—it suits you too well," he said earnestly.
Of course, he had his reasons. The outfit she'd worn earlier had shown a bit of cleavage, and Leon hadn't liked how some male elves kept glancing her way.
Zelda looked a little surprised but then gave a faint smile—one laced with subtle, unreadable meaning.
"Alright. I understand."
