Ken glanced at Elena was all this really necessary or was he just her medium to relief her sexual tension.

"The hesitant look on your face ruins the moment and here you said you’ll give me a night I’ll never forget..."

Ken hissed and stood up, placing his hands on the table he leaned closer to Elena, to the point where they were their nose was almost inches apart.

Placing the the bill on the table he turned to Elena. "Follow me.."

Elena happily stood up and grabbed her suitcase following behind Ken like a eager puppy.

"Make a detour at the nearest hotel.."

The man sensed what was going on and nodded. He started the car and sped off to the nearest hotel.

"You can survey the area for 2 hours.."

The man raised a brow, Ken could go at it for two whole hours. He gave him a look of newly found respect and nodded.

Ken walked into the hotel, Elena following behind him holding her suitcase, she couldn’t leave it in the car but it had a lot of her weapons and as a hit woman she always had to be prepared.

"One president suite please?"

"How many days would you be staying sir?"

The receptionist asked with a professional smile on her face.

"24 hours.."

The receptionists nodded and told Ken the amount, he brought out his credit card and handed it to the receptionist.

"Is the woman coming along with you?"

Ken nodded as he glanced at Elena for a brief second.

"Alright just head to the 4th floor, room 23 is your suite.."’

Ken smiled as he grabbed the keycard and walked to the elevator.

"You like that receptionist more than me? You smiled so cutely and all I get is a frown.."

Ken didn’t bother to reply Elena and leaned against the wall. He closed his eyes thinking of his next steps.

Those assassins, the accident, mrs Tang being framed as the culprit...were they all connected to one person.

He opened his eyes, he had to check with the guys in Torshavn, it would be trouble if that person knew where the madam was.

Elena watched Ken with a calm expression, she admired his maturity at such a young age and the fact that he was willing to go through all the trouble just for to protect his boss’s wife.

The elevator door opened and Ken strolled out, he walked to the suite and swiped it opened with the key card.

Elena rolled her suitcase inside and sat on the bed.

Ken placed his hands in his pockets and survey the room, the interior was nice at least she would have a good rest before it was time for her job.

"You’re not sleeping with me aren’t you?"

Ken nodded and tossed the key card to Elena, she had not interest him enough for him to sleep with her.

"I’ll grant any other request..."

Elena took of her coat and walked towards Ken wrapping her arms around his neck.

"I’ve been so worried, I’m glad I can finally see him.."

The woman entered the hospital room silently, her movements purposeful and efficient. In her hands, she carried a small potted water hemlock, its leaves a vibrant green against the sterile white of the room.

"You have 10 minutes with the patient, I’ll be at the desk if you need anything..."

The woman smiled at the nurse before closing the doors.

Her eyes, sharp and focused, quickly scanned the space before settling on the unconscious figure in the bed.

She approached the bedside table, carefully placing the plant in a position that partially obscured the security camera’s view of the IV stand.

Her fingers deftly reached into the pot, retrieving a small vial hidden among the roots of the water hemlock.

Glancing briefly at the door to ensure her privacy, she turned her attention to the IV drip. She uncapped the vial and injected its contents into the IV bag.

Her movements were quick and precise, leaving no trace of her tampering. She gently massaged the bag, ensuring the substance was evenly distributed throughout the solution.

Satisfied with her work, the woman took a step back. Her eyes swept over the room once more, verifying that everything appeared undisturbed. She adjusted the water hemlock slightly, ensuring it looked natural and innocuous.

"You’ll be dead within months of the treatment continues.."

She slipped out of the room as silently as she had entered. The only evidence of her visit was the small plant, standing guard over the unconscious patient, while the altered IV drip continued its steady, rhythmic flow.

Getting to the desk she faked cried as she accepted the tissues handed to her by the nurse.

The woman smiled beneath the tissue.."Let’s see if they’ll be able to save him..." she muttered under her breath.

"Take care of my uncle for me.."

The nurse nodded and the woman left the hospital getting out she immediately dialed a number.

"It’s done.."

She nodded and ended the call, the woman dove her hand into her pocket and retrieved her glasses.

"Let’s get down to business..."

She chuckled lightly and walked to her car before speeding out of the scene of the crime.

Meanwhile the woman over the phone smiled, "Good good" things were going as planned.

Soon everything would fall into place.

"Your tea miss Ju.."

The man smiled as he placed the the cup on the table, his eyes dancing with a dark light.
