Chapter 1718
Chapter 1718: Chapter 1718: The Westeria Land Descends Chapter 1718: Chapter 1718: The Westeria Land Descends “Is this Denton Horton's true self? His power is so overwhelming, it makes one's heart race with fear!”
*Even Dudley Lynch could not stop himself from trembling at this moment.*
*Such a terrifying aura left him without a single thought of resisting.*
Denton Horton cast a cold gaze at Dudley Lynch, who was kneeling on the ground, and then said, “Where is Simon Ingram?”
“Reporting to Master, he is seriously injured and currently recovering,” Dudley Lynch replied respectfully.
Denton Horton said no more. From the center of his brow, two incarnations once again emerged.
One remained by his side, guarding his true self. Another departed for North Plain, while the last one headed straight to Simon Ingram's room.
Upon seeing Simon Ingram, who was lying half-dead, Denton Horton's lips curled into a faint sneer.
“Worthless,” Denton Horton said coldly.
Simon Ingram, however, was overwhelmed with excitement upon witnessing Denton's resurrection.
He tried his hardest to stand, yet he was unable to rise.
“Master, you've finally returned…” Simon Ingram said, struggling to suppress the intense emotions within him.
Denton Horton approached Simon Ingram and said in an icy tone, “If not for the fact that I still have use for you, I'd kill you right now.”
Simon Ingram's body stiffened, and he dared not utter another word.
At this moment, Denton Horton lifted his palm, unleashing bursts of jet-black light.
Three Lives Reincarnation!
*This was the forbidden technique of the Immortal Slaying Sect! Who would have thought that Denton Horton had also mastered such an art?*
Under the influence of the black light, Simon Ingram's physical body began to regenerate.
In just ten short minutes, Simon Ingram's injuries were fully healed!
“Thank you, Master!” Simon Ingram hurriedly got up and knelt to the ground.
Denton Horton paid him no mind and walked toward Eternal, healing Eternal's physical body in the same manner.
The two Godly Kings of North Plain felt a surge of terror in their hearts as they sensed the immense energy roiling within Denton Horton's body.
*This aura was unbelievably powerful!*
“Master, Westeria Land has also declared war against the Southern Province,” Simon Ingram said servilely.
“Good. Once I finish with the Southern Province, I'll head to Westeria Land,” Denton Horton replied coldly.
Simon Ingram froze for a moment, then quickly added, “Master, shouldn't we consider forming an alliance with Westeria Land instead? Furthermore, they are not a land of abundance; there's no need to provoke them unnecessarily…”
Denton Horton let out a cold laugh and said, “An alliance? Do I need one?”
*At this moment, Denton Horton exuded an aura of supreme confidence.*
*Put simply, in Rayleigh Province, Denton Horton now feared no one.*
Denton Horton wasted no more words and turned to leave. No one knew where he was headed, and no one dared to ask.
After he departed, Eternal's expression darkened.
“What a frightening aura,” Eternal said, taking a deep breath.
Simon Ingram nodded slightly and said, “Compared to Forrest Middleton in the past, the Master's power now is far more terrifying.”
“Indeed, even Forrest Middleton at his peak couldn't emanate such an aura,” Eternal said gravely.
Just then, Dudley Lynch entered the room from outside.
Seeing the two of them fully restored, Dudley Lynch couldn't hide his astonishment.
“The Immortal Slaying Sect's forbidden technique?” Dudley Lynch thought to himself.
“As expected of the Immortal Slaying Sect, truly terrifying.”
*A wave of greed began to rise in Dudley Lynch's heart!*
*Even Denton Horton's unfathomable power couldn't extinguish the ambitions brewing within him.*
“The Master's aura is truly frightening…” Simon Ingram murmured softly.
Nearby, Dudley Lynch sneered and said, “That's not even his true self, just one of his incarnations. His actual form is still in closed-door cultivation on the snowy mountain.”
“What?!”
Upon hearing this, both individuals in the room became even more shocked!
*Such a terrifying aura, and it wasn't even his true body? The implications were utterly horrifying.*
“How strong is the Master's power truly…” Eternal couldn't help swallowing back a lump in his throat.
Simon Ingram shook his head and said, “I've never seen it myself.”
Divine Capital City.
Ethan Smith's cultivation soon hit a bottleneck.
Using a few drops of dragon blood, he pushed his spiritual energy to its peak–but it couldn't advance even by a fraction more.
“Damn it, looks like I'll have to head to the North Plain again,” Ethan Smith thought to himself.
He glanced at Justin Vasquez, who was still seated on the floor in deep meditation, and couldn't help feeling envious.
*”Sigh.”* Ethan Smith sighed softly.
*His cultivation method, compared to theirs, came with significant drawbacks.*
Ethan Smith didn't linger. He immediately left Divine Capital City, planning to head to North Plain.
Just then, a figure blocked his path.
The person's aura wasn't particularly strong; in fact, it exuded an unusually tranquil energy.
Ethan Smith frowned slightly and extended a sliver of divine sense to probe his strength.
But right then, Ethan Smith discovered that this person's body contained no divine sense whatsoever!
“An incarnation?” Ethan Smith's frown deepened.
“Are you Ethan Smith?”
The mysterious person finally spoke.
Ethan Smith said coldly, “Who are you?”
“I am Cuthbert Greene, from Westeria Land,” the man replied.
Upon hearing the words “Westeria Land,” Ethan Smith's expression immediately darkened.
“What do you want?” Ethan Smith asked coldly.
Cuthbert Greene said nonchalantly, “By command of the sect, I invite you to Westeria Land.”
“I'm not going,” Ethan Smith replied without hesitation.
Cuthbert Greene said matter-of-factly, “No one can refuse the sect master's orders. If you refuse, then you're looking down on the sect of Westeria Land.”
Ethan Smith couldn't help but laugh coldly. “You've already declared war on the Southern Province. Do you think I'd be afraid to offend you?”
Cuthbert Greene's face darkened as he replied, “Our target is Forrest Middleton, not anyone else.”
“Once Forrest Middleton dies, Westeria Land will no longer make a move.”
Ethan Smith frowned.
*So, it was Forrest Middleton they were after again.*
*Logically speaking, there's a dead river separating Westeria Land from the Southern Province. They shouldn't have any interactions.*
*But it appeared otherwise; they both seemed set on eliminating Forrest Middleton.*
“Think carefully. I await your decision,” Cuthbert Greene said.
After saying this, Cuthbert Greene turned to leave.
“There's nothing to think about–I won't go,” Ethan Smith said decisively.
Cuthbert Greene paused mid-step.
Turning back, he looked at Ethan Smith coldly and said, “Then it seems you are an enemy of Westeria Land. What, do you intend to side with Forrest Middleton?”
“You must be insane! I don't even know you. You summon me and expect me to follow?!” Ethan Smith sneered.
“Besides, I dislike your self-important attitude and commanding tone.”
Cuthbert Greene nodded slightly and said, “If that's the case, I won't waste words. In a few days, we will march to the Southern Province. I'm sure we'll meet at that time.”
With that, Cuthbert Greene turned and left.
Ethan Smith did not act against him, as destroying an incarnation held no meaningful purpose.
“Looks like I'll have to head to Cloud Sect,” Ethan Smith remarked.
He wasted no time, heading straight for Cloud Sect.
Cloud Sect, Cultivation Mountain.
Ethan Smith and Forrest Middleton sat cross-legged on the ground.
“Why does Westeria Land also want you dead?” Ethan Smith asked directly.
