Chapter 993: 993 Chapter 993: 993 Starfire’s exploration of the underground ruins wasn’t that of the sandbar’s Titan’s Relics. This was also the location Li Yao had chosen for Starfire members to level up.

Starfire now had a considerable number of members, plus those from the sub-guild. Developing these ruins shouldn’t be a problem.

Adding to that, the special items Li Yao had prepared in advance were more than enough for Starfire to successfully develop the site.

Seeing that neither of them was paying her any attention, Xiao Mao instantly turned into a Cheetah in Bright Form and ran off towards another squad. As a Druid, she was the fastest and thus became the best porter.

They busied themselves until after midnight, when Li Yao finally told them to stop. Each person was allocated at least several hundred Flash Bombs.

The others were simply incredulous at the speed at which the Flash Bombs were produced; it was somewhat unfathomable.

“Alright, now that everyone has their items, I am going to assign tasks,” Li Yao said, looking at everyone.

Everyone nodded in agreement, and although Ling Feng was reluctant, he had already been warned by Dan Dan Xia and didn’t dare say anything.

Li Yao ignored him and continued, “This fight will be a bit special and very dangerous, so I hope that none of you will hold back. The two tanks, one Shield Warrior, and one Death Knight, your job is simple: stay at the forefront to block the brunt of the attacks. The healers nodded as well.

“Close combat DPS, your task is not only to help the tank protect the squishy classes but more importantly, to eradicate the crows besieging the team. As for the rogue Scout in our team, your job is also very straightforward–ignore the rest, just hunt down those fallen ones, which is particularly crucial,” Li Yao said gravely.

The rogue lifted his dagger to indicate he understood.

Then Li Yao turned to Starfire and said, “Although your damage output is insufficient, your shadow form’s area of effect is too weak and inappropriate. Switch to your Bright Form instead. Your healing spells deal far more damage to these monsters than Dark Form, and your Naru shifting to Dark Form can also provide the team with offensive and agility buffs, which is vital. Of course, your main role is not to inflict damage but to cast Shields on the squishies,”

Firepower Torrent is a primary skill of Lone Wolf Hunting or other ranged Hunters. Although Beast Masters or Mech specialists may also use it, it is rarely employed by them.

Firepower Torrent, in essence, is about hurling a certain number of Magic Arrows per second with each hand crossbow, based on one’s agility score, while the damage of the arrows depends on one’s own damage stats and skill bonuses.

For this skill, which requires no technical finesse, Hunters from other specializations rarely use it. This is partly because they do not have various bonuses, and partly because their accuracy is particularly poor. It is especially for ranged Hunters that accuracy improves significantly under passive bonuses.
