Miss Witch Doesn't Want to be a Diva
Chapter 971 - 91: The Silver Princess Soaring Through the Sky

A new day began as Tilan and her companions woke up in the inn.

The previous day, they had wandered through the streets, completed a simple task, and then returned to the inn to rest at 10 PM.

"This is yesterday's task reward," Tilan said, looking at the spear by her side. Its vintage design included an engraved anti-slip vine pattern on the dark gold shaft, with a bright silver blade featuring a sharp arc.

Descending the stairs to gather in the first-floor hall, Tilan heard Prin raising her short sword high.

"Today, we'll go all out!"

An hour later, the group appeared in a monster-laden valley, filled with gnolls brandishing sticks and axes. These creatures, with their beast-like heads and sharp teeth, appeared exceptionally vicious.

At the front, Tilan, Ores, and Shui Yanqing held shields and stood shoulder to shoulder, steadily advancing, while the three behind provided support and assistance. In an instant, blades clashed, flames burned, and the sounds of fierce combat echoed. Though just a small team, they fought as if it were a legendary battlefield.

Two hours later, the six stood in a valley strewn with shattered monster crystals, scorched marks, and broken, battered weapons. While the team bore some injuries, they were all superficial, thanks to the protective belts they wore.

Blanchi supported the exhausted Shui Yanqing, while Prin leaned her fatigued body against a mountain wall. Audrey sat against a rock, Tilan knelt on the ground, with a dusty and blood-streaked Ores resting her head on Tilan's lap.

"Did we win the fight, Tilan?" Ores asked as she barely opened her eyes.

"Yes, we won."

"My arms are so sore," Ores continued.

"Mm-hmm."

"My waist hurts, I can't stand up."

"Mm-hmm."

"I'm so sleepy."

"Mm-hmm."

"I might just pass out."

"Mm-hmm."

With those words, Ores slowly closed her eyes.

"Sleep," Tilan whispered softly, then lifted her head to gaze at the now-quiet valley.

When they first accepted the mission, they had anticipated hardship, but they hadn't imagined such a brutal experience. It was like war, with monsters surging forward, leaving no room to retreat.

After this mission ended, the six returned to the inn to rest for half a day, gradually regaining their energy by evening.

Three days later.

"Although exhausting, the rewards are quite gratifying," Audrey noted, glancing at the assortment of items and coin pouches on the table.

"Here's a badge to change to the 'Holy Paladin' profession, a recommendation for the 'Red-robed Mage,' an invitation from the 'Harpist' alliance, a secret technique manual for the 'Cursed Swordsman,' a scripture for the 'Sickle Wielder,' and a candelabrum for the 'Sacred Nun.'

"Plus, we've accumulated approximately 3,000 gold coins, and everyone's gear has been upgraded to fine-quality equipment."

"We're almost ready, aren't we?"

Prin glanced at the others around the table. Now dressed in a vibrant red robe with golden-thread patterns at the cuffs, the attire was included as part of her change to the 'Red-robed Mage' profession.

"I'm all packed," Audrey said, walking in with a small golden harp in her arms. Draped over her shoulders was a deep-green short cloak, and she wore a white robe with silver trim.

Seated nearby was the graceful Sacred Nun Blanchi, holding a copper candelabrum, while Shui Yanqing rested her engraved longsword across her knees, and Ores checked her silver armor and white cape.

"Where's Tilan?" Audrey asked curiously as she approached.

"She took her profession-changing items to her room; she should be coming out soon."

Before long, hesitant footsteps descended the stairs, and a slightly shy Tilan appeared. Initially, everyone was puzzled by her delay, but their confusion quickly vanished upon seeing her outfit.

The black gown accentuated the girl's figure exquisitely. The side slits revealed parts of her snow-white thighs with each step, undeniably enticing. Her chest was encased in black fabric, while the area near her armpits exposed glimpses of skin, sparking countless imaginations.

Additionally, the slender crescent-shaped scythe in her hand added a touch of mystery and allure, heightening her captivating presence.

"This outfit really gives off a Witch vibe," Audrey mused.

"The 'Sickle Wielder' profession is inherently tied to the Death God and comes with necromancy abilities, combining melee combat with spells."

"Regardless, this outfit truly shines—it wonderfully matches her image," Blanchi said excitedly, circling the black-haired girl to take in every detail, eager to imprint the scene in her memory.

"No doubt, Tilan has hidden potential," Shui Yanqing remarked with a playful smile after glancing at Tilan's chest.

"Alright, stop teasing her. Tilan's face is practically bright red," someone said as laughter erupted.

Soon after, everyone sat down to strategize again.

"We've completed most of the tasks in this city; it's time to move on to the next level of the labyrinth."

"Where's the next destination?"

"Ysevan Night Harbor. It's a prosperous commercial port city, renowned for its bustling trade ships. Our next task includes escorting a shipment there."

"Let's get ready to head out."

Refreshed and revitalized, the six set off again. This time, their goal was the third level of the labyrinth. Following the mountain paths, they reached the forest's edge and stepped onto the elevator platform, entering the next labyrinth layer.

As the tree-shaped doors opened, the six emerged onto the platform, greeted by warm, humid sea air. Down the hill lay a coastal city.

The number of NPCs here was noticeably greater than in the previous level. They could also see many other players clad in various outfits, some even inviting the group to form a team, though Tilan and her companions politely declined.
