Mated to Four Alphas -
Chapter 84: Am I Homeless?
Chapter 84: Am I Homeless?
Silas’s POV
When I came back with Atlas to Damon’s house, I had already decided—I wasn’t going to stay there. I would grab my luggage and book a hotel until I found a new shooting project.
And as for buying a house... I would think about it more than a hundred times before making that decision again.
I didn’t want something like this to happen to me again, so I had to be careful.
As Atlas and I reached Damon’s house, we saw Theron standing outside the building, holding my luggage. He wasn’t moving at all—like he had turned into a statue.
We hurried toward him. I tried talking to him, but he didn’t respond. He just kept staring at me. And then, all of a sudden, he grabbed my hand.
His sudden movement caught me off guard. What is he doing? Why did he grab my hand?
"What happened to you? Why were you standing like a statue? And let go of my hand right now!" I said, looking at him.
Atlas was also staring at us with a face that clearly said, What are you two doing?
I jerked Theron’s hand off me.
"Aww, that hurts! Why did you slap my hand?" he whined.
"I was standing still because I was playing a game where I was surrounded by zombies. If I moved, I’d die. That’s why I wasn’t moving."
What the hell is he saying?
Playing games? Surrounded by zombies? I knew he was weird, always making useless jokes, but I didn’t know he was this lost.
"Then why did you bring my luggage out of the house?"
Theron looked at my luggage as if he had just remembered. "Oh, because Damon has a guest right now, and I know you’d feel uncomfortable. So, I’m taking you with me."
"With you? Where?" i asked
"To my house, of course! I won’t let you spend the night on the road. I’ll lend you my bed, my blanket, my pillow, my house—and if that’s still not enough, I can even lend you my body to satisfy yourself."
As soon as he said that, I quickly covered his mouth with both hands, standing on my toes.
"Do you even realize what kind of bullshit you’re spouting right now?"
"No, because I’m telling the truth, Shorty."
Is Theron out of his mind?!
He was saying all this perverted nonsense, but the main thing was—he wanted me to come to his house?
Wow. I’ve been homeless for just one day, and now everyone’s pitying me.
But I hadn’t forgotten—these brothers were playboys who messed around with every omega they could find. As a decent person, I should stay away from people like them.
I stepped back, putting some distance between us.
"Theron, keep your distance from me. I don’t like the way you touch me. And give me my luggage back—I’m not going anywhere with you."
"You’re kidding, right? How can you not come to my house? You know it’s really luxurious—you’ll definitely like it!"
So what if his house was luxurious?
Besides, his damn house was in the Dark Valley. Outsiders weren’t even allowed to enter, and if they did, they’d end up dead. Yet somehow, he had his own mansion there.
It was obvious he had some deep connections in Dark Valley.
And he was clearly hiding a lot of things.
Not that I cared. Whatever shady business he was involved in wasn’t my problem.
And I wasn’t about to ask him about it, because if I did, I knew he’d feel entitled to ask me questions in return.
And I had no intention of answering.
"I’m not some kid who gets excited over luxurious things," I said.
"I’m an adult. I don’t care about luxury anymore. And I’ll figure out where to stay—it’s not something you need to worry about."
"Shorty, since when did you grow up?"
He wiped fake tears from his eyes like he was really touched. I glanced at Atlas, and Atlas glanced at me.
"Atlas, go and book a taxi for me. I’ll be there in five minutes. I’ll send you the location on your phone."
I quickly messaged Atlas to book a hotel for me to stay the night, then turned back to Theron—because he was the problem here.
"Give me my luggage back."
"I will—if you agree to stay at my house."
"DO YOU THINK I’M A PROSTITUTE OR SOMETHING? GOING INTO EVERY ALPHA’S HOUSE?!"
I shouted without thinking. This was getting out of hand.
First Damon, and now Theron—did they really think they could just drag me around wherever they wanted?
"Shorty, slow down! Why are you suddenly shouting? And that too, saying this kind of thing? Do you even realize what people will think if they hear you?!"
"Let them think whatever they want! You’re an alpha, and I’m an omega—yet, like a shameless person, you’re forcing me to come to your house! Do you even understand what that means?"
I glared at Theron, stepping closer to him.
"And what did you say earlier? Lending me your bed? Your blanket? Your pillow? And then, your body to satisfy me? You damn alphas only think about one thing—sex! That’s all you ever think about!"
My voice was cold with anger.
Theron suddenly went silent. His whole expression turned blank, and he let go of my luggage, handing it over to me.
"I wasn’t thinking about having sex with you. I was just joking," he muttered.
"You know I joke around, so why are you getting so serious over little things? And not all alphas are the same. I don’t know what kind of alphas you’re comparing me to, but I’m different."
His face had gone pale as he spoke.
I knew he joked around a lot, but he should at least consider the situation before saying this kind of nonsense.
Atlas was standing right beside me—what was he supposed to think after hearing all that? It wasn’t like Atlas knew Theron had a habit of joking like this.
