Mated to Four Alphas
Chapter 55: Unexpected - 1

Chapter 55: Unexpected - 1

Silas’s POV

As they all left, I quickly ran back into my room because of what had happened to me. Why don’t I remember anything after Damon asked if I was dating Lysander or not? After I replied to him, my memories became blurry.

Why am I suddenly feeling guilty, like I did something wrong? I think I shouldn’t talk to Damon’s brother anymore. He is my brother’s mate, and even if I bump into him, I’m going to ignore him from now on.

My only friend will be Lysander. I’m not thinking about dating anyone yet, but yeah, if it’s Lysander, then I would definitely consider it.

After that, I had a really bad headache. My eyes felt heavy too. Thankfully, my lifesaver, Nekol, gave me hangover medicine. After drinking it, I started to feel much better.

We had lunch together, and I wanted to wash the dishes, but Nekol kicked me out of the kitchen, saying I needed to rest.

Now, I’m lying on my bed, and even if I close my eyes, I can’t fall asleep. I hugged the teddy bear tightly—the one my fans gave me.

Just then, I heard the doorbell ring. I quickly got up, stepped out of my room, and saw that Nekol had already opened the door.

An Omega doctor was standing there, holding a medical kit in one hand.

What is the doctor doing here? Who called them? I looked at Nekol, thinking he was the one who called them, but he shook his head, indicating that he wasn’t.

"Can I ask who called you?"

The doctor showed us a message from Mr. Damon, saying they needed to come to our apartment because I was injured. But I was totally fine—I didn’t have any injuries. So why did Damon call the doctors?

Nekol also received a message from Damon, saying he was sending the doctors to check on me. So, I quietly sat down on the sofa as they examined me.

After a while, the doctor prescribed some medicine, saying I had an inner wound on my cheek, though it looked fine from the outside. That’s when I remembered—I got slapped by that white wolf mask guy in the Dark Valley. That slap was so painful. This injury must be from that.

As the doctors left, Nekol turned to me.

"Silas, why didn’t you tell me you had a wound? Doesn’t it hurt?"

To be honest, I had completely forgotten about it. I didn’t even remember getting slapped. And I didn’t want to tell Nekol—it was too embarrassing.

"It’s nothing serious, so don’t worry, Nekol. Can’t you see? I’m totally fine, standing in front of you, safe and sound."

"Still, Silas, you should be more careful about yourself," Nekol nagged.

He went on for ten minutes—he’s such a caring person, always worrying about others.

After that, I did some exercises in my room—planks, push-ups, and more. And just like that, the whole day passed. We ate and slept without doing anything important.

Finally, the next day arrived.

Early in the morning, my schedule was packed, and I left for the shooting location. When we reached there, everyone had already arrived before us. The crew members were busy with their work. As we stepped inside, I saw four boys—they were from a famous boy band.

As soon as they saw us, they kindly stood up and approached us.

I bowed at them. "Hello, my name is Silas. I’m looking forward to working with you."

"Yes, nice to meet you, Silas. We’re also looking forward to working with you," one of them said.

They were all so handsome, so beautiful.

One by one, they introduced themselves. There were four members, but their personalities were completely different. One was the bright, cheerful member, while another was gloomy and barely spoke. From introverts to extroverts, their group was like two opposite worlds coming together.

It would be great working with them.

Their leader’s name was Van. While we were talking, he suddenly left. Even his members were confused about where he had gone. But within five minutes, he returned—with a coffee in his hand.

"Here, Silas. This coffee is for you. Since it’s your first time working with us, I hope we don’t cause you any trouble," Van said.

"No, no, I should be the one saying that! This is my first time working on an MV. I’m new to this, Since I don’t have any experience, I hope you will help me." I replied.

As I said that, one of the four boys stepped forward. His smile was bright, almost like a sunflower—his whole personality radiated warmth.

"Don’t worry! If you don’t understand anything, just ask us. We’ve done so many shows and worked with lots of newbies. There’s nothing to be ashamed of—just tell us, okay?"

"Right, guys! We are always ready to help."

He was such a kind person. His smile, his personality—it really was like a sunflower.

From there, Nekol and I went to the fitting room, where they did my makeup and got me ready. I wore a black jacket, a pink t-shirt underneath, and black pants.

It was an unusual combination, but for some reason, it felt like I had worn these clothes before. Then I remembered—yes, I had worn these clothes before. It was in Damon’s mansion.

As I was ready and about to leave for the shoot, Nekol suddenly got a call. As soon as he picked up, he walked to the corner, speaking in a hushed voice.

Who called him? Why did he move to the corner to talk?

A few moments later, Nekol returned to me, his face looking pale. I had a bad feeling.

"What happened, Nekol?"

"Mr. Damon called. He said your shoot here is canceled. The company is sending someone else instead of you to finish it."

"What do you mean? Explain it to me. Why was my shoot canceled?"

I didn’t understand anything Nekol just said.

"Mr. Damon canceled this shoot and assigned someone else. He also wants you to come to the company immediately."

"But why? What happened all of a sudden? He was the one who assigned me this shoot! Why is he doing this now?"
