Bai Tingfeng was stunned at those questions. He once strongly felt that the desire to protect is the bottom line of all these affairs. However, when asked the same question he’d been pondering for a long time, he still couldn’t help but be caught off-guard. He was surprised that his intuition was correct.

Still, his answer is automatic.

"Of course," Bai Tingfeng replied firmly. Without doubt. Without inhibitions.

All his memories and all of his decisions were replayed in the back of his head.

Bai Tingfeng realized that everything in it was about his beloved people.

"My love for my family was so great I am willing to throw my bare body to stop any harm. However, while at it, I will also ensure that I live at the end of the day. As if the Baihu wanted to contradict his words, it flashed a familiar yet unfamiliar scene that Bai Tingfeng assumed to be the happenings outside.
