Chapter 81: Hyung, is something bothering you?
The twins ordered several bottles of whiskey as well as wine to the suite that had been booked for them in advance.
’Wow, the company really treats them well.’ Dongwoo thought but felt overwhelmed by the amount of bottles in front of him. ’Isn’t this too much for only three people to drink?’
"Don’t worry, Hyung." Seojin said, pouring him his first bottle. "We don’t need to finish everything." He smiled. "It’s just for fancy sake."
"Oh, thank goodness." He sighed and looked up to find both of them staring at him with nothing but eager eyes with no words said. "W-what?" He asked, feeling nervous. "Is there something on my face?" He touched his face but they shook their heads.
"There’s nothing, Hyung." Seojun said. "We just want to watch you drink the first glass."
"Huh?" He looked at the glass of whiskey in his hand and slowly stirred it. "Why?"
"Why?" They repeated in unison and started thinking about it.
"Why, though?" Seojin muttered. They just couldn’t tell the exact reason but there was that eagerness to watch him.
They smiled and both chorused,
"No reason."
Dongwoo blinked and lowered his head. He was getting even more nervous because of what they said.
They were alone in such a beautiful suite, drinking. What could possibly happen? He wondered and gulped, staring at his reflection in the whiskey. ’Perhaps, everything.’
He knew the twins were into him sexually, so he was a bit nervous that they would try to make advances at him, and if he drank too much, he just might fall for their temptation.
"Is something wrong, Hyung? You look uncomfortable." Seojin said but he shook his head.
"N-no. I’m fine." He said. Well, it’s not like they were vicious beasts. They were good boys, so he could trust them, right?
And so, without warning, he downed the entire glass of whiskey and ended up coughing.
"Easy, Hyung. You shouldn’t drink so fast. You’re not a pro." Seojun said, patting his back while Seojin handed him a napkin.
’Ugh, why’d I do that? My head is spinning already.’
"Here, I’ll drink with you." Seojin said and downed his own glass.
"You... You shouldn’t drink so fast." Dongwoo said and Seojin laughed.
"That’s what I said, Hyung." Seojun said and lightly laughed. "You’re feeling dizzy now, aren’t you?
"Yeah, hehe." he dropped his elbow on the table and rested his chin on his palm. "I was careless."
They both stared at him as his eyes went from nervous to droopy.
"What?" Dongwoo blinked slowly. "Pour me another one."
"Sure, Hyung." Seojun answered. "I’ll pour you a drink this time around."
"You’re such a good boy." Dongwoo said, patting his cheek. "You two are such good boys."
Yep, it was official. Dongwoo was drunk. The alcohol content in that particular whiskey wasn’t something a low-tolerance individual like Dongwoo could handle.
And though it wasn’t intentional, giving him such highly concentrated alcohol, no matter how you look at it, it was as if they planned to get him drunk after a single glass.
Seojun took one gulp of his whiskey and his eyes widened. He quickly looked at the alcohol content of the bottle in his hand and turned to glare at Seojin.
"You alcoholic," he spat out in whispers. "How could you think of giving Hyung such a thing? No wonder he’s drunk already."
"Ops, I didn’t put too much thought into it." Seojin said a bit playfully.
"As if. You probably thought this through. An average person could never stay sane after drinking this."
"My bad."
"Now, how are we going to have a conversation with him?" Seojun asked.
"Well, drunk people are always honest so maybe this is for the best." Seojin said but Seojun scowled at him. "Unless he passes out."
"What are you two whispering about?" Dongwoo asked and they both turned to look at him. "My glass is empty." He said, showing his empty glass. "Pour me another, please."
"Hyung, why don’t you hold back on the drinks a little bit." Seojun said, taking the glass from him but Dongwoo looked at him confused.
"But why?" It was very clear that he was drunk. "I’ve only had two glasses." He said and rested his head on the table, while sulking. "I want to drink a lot so I don’t have to think anymore."
Hearing this, the twins inched closer to him.
"Hyung, is something bothering you?" Seojin asked, genuinely concerned but Dongwoo didn’t respond.
"Hyung, you can tell us anything. Don’t you think you should get the troubles out of your mind? This might be your only chance." Seojun said and Dongwoo raised his head, showing his ready eyes and said expression.
"I’m scared." He said as tears slowly rolled down his cheeks. "I’m scared of a lot of things. And I..." He threw his face aside. "...don’t want you to hate me."
The way Dongwoo cried, it didn’t look like he was suffering or anything of that sort. He didn’t look like he was scared either. Rather... with the soft look on his face, his glistening blue eyes from the tears that continuously flowed down like a stream and dropped down from his chin, and his wet face... they could only think of one thing.
’Ah, Hyung also looks pretty when he cries.’ Seojin thought.
’Hyung looks the prettiest when he cries. I thought I’d seen it all, but this is another discovery.’ Seojun thought.
’This is dangerous.’ they both thought.
At that moment, they both thought of taking him into their arms, kissing his soft lips and kissing away the tears flooding his face.
They wanted to embrace him and let the tears that were currently falling soak the bed sheets as he cried more, but not out of fear, as he had said, but out of pleasure.
Ah, so many wild thoughts were running in their heads while their beloved Hyung cried for fear that they would hate him.
"We could never hate you, Hyung. It’s just not possible." Seojin said, reaching out to clean his teary face with his handkerchief.
"But..."
"If you’re going to say something like, ’once you know the truth, you’ll hate me,’ then I very much like to hear that ’truth,’ Hyung," Seojun spoke up. "Let us be the ones to decide but I assure you, nothing can make us hate you."
Dongwoo looked into their eyes, his tears still falling down uncontrollably.
"You won’t hate me?" He asked and they nodded. "You promise?"
"We promise, Hyung. So tell us." Seojin said. "You know how much we love you so knowing you’re suffering alone with a secret deep inside your heart, it breaks our hearts. So please," he held Dongwoo’s hand. "Rely on us."
The tears finally stopped flowing and Dongwoo nodded. He couldn’t think of anything else. He had an urge to tell them the things troubling him, and though he may come to regret it, he just wanted to get it out of his chest, not that he was still under the influence of alcohol.
"Alright," he said, "I’ll tell you."
