Chapter 328: There’s a lot of love to go around, hehe

"I feel like I’m seeing a bunch of things this period. Why do I have to know all these secrets?" Dooshik said. "Doha, I think we’ve seen too much."

First, it was knowing that Dongwoo and the twins were in a relationship and now there was this. When did Eunkyung and Yaeran even get together?

Well, anyone could assume Eunkyung likes girls since she was a tomboy and stuff like that, but Yaeran? Did she fall for Eunkyung’s charms?

Well, she was charming and irresistible for a girl but she just didn’t imagine...

"Oh, quit it," Doha said, smacking his shoulder and pushing him in, smiling awkwardly at the two who were even more awkward. "So, we’re just passing by. We saw nothing, so we won’t say anything. Your secret is safe with us."

"Are... Are you sure?" Yaeran asked anxiously, and Doha paused.

Seriously, gays had it hard. They’d have to hide if they wanted to be all chummy and could never show their love in the open.

She smiled at her.

"Yeah, I’m sure. I mean, you’re not the only ones whose secret we know." She said. There was Dongwoo Oppa’s secret too. "So, lighten up. Love is beautiful. It doesn’t matter if it’s the same gender you have such feelings for. We don’t judge."

Eunkyung gritted her teeth. She hadn’t said anything all along. She was the one who wanted to get handsy and now they had heje exposed. She made Yaeran uncomfortable.

"Sorry," she apologized, brushing her hair back and though Doga and Dooshik tried to focus on what they were looking for, they couldn’t help but keep their ears perked.

"Don’t be. We should’ve just locked the door." Yaeran said. "I don’t blame you, so don’t beat yourself up." She spued on Doha and Dooshik. "Besides, someone’s bound to know about our relationship. And do you know what? I’m glad it’s Doha and Dooshik and not anyone else."

Doha was touched to be trusted that much.

"Anyway, we got what we want." Doha said, carrying the supplies with Dooshik. "You guys..." She glanced at them, one to another, and then smiled. "...look good together."

She fled after that, leaving the two to blush in embarrassment. Did she have to say it like that?

Eunkyung glanced at Yaeran, who was still blushing, and kissed her cheek.

"Sorry." She said. "I’ll be careful next time."

Yaeran touched her cheek and blushed even harder. It wasn’t like they weren’t making out a few minutes ago, so why was a simple peck on the cheek making her flutter?

"I like you." Eunkyung said, swiping Yaeran’s fallen hair behind her ear to stare at her face clearly, "And I don’t want you to feel uncomfortable. So, let’s not do this at work anymore. I don’t want them to talk about you. Doha and Dooshik might not say anything but if we get caught again by someone else, they may start a rumor and..."

Yaeran shut her up with a kiss and looked away.

"I know. I get what you’re trying to say so quit it already." She said. "No more make-out sections at work. We have a lot of free time after work so..." She caught the hem of her shirt and muttered. "...why don’t you come over?"

Eunkyung blushed and then laughed.

"I got it."

Doha sighed in relief. She wanted to hear the end of it and thank goodness they didn’t cause trouble for the love birds.

There’s a lot of love to go around, hehe.

"Let’s go before the director comes to find us," Dooshik said and Doha nodded.

"Good idea."

Minwoo hid his face as he went to his office right. He didn’t want Doha to call Dongwoo because then, Dongwoo would think he really had something in his heart, maybe mad at Sungho or something, and because he was keeping it in his heart, he was unconsciously moved to tears.

The reason he was crying was nothing more than guilt. He was feeling so much guilt and hearing that Sungho genuinely liked him pushed the guilt to eat him up.

He liked him, despite knowing he was giving his body to some other guy. Just what sort of fool was he?

Why didn’t he hate him instead?

Ah, the thought of Sungho hating him ate at his heart more than the guilt. Just what was he going to do?

He rested his back on his door after shutting it. He was the only one in his office so he could cry all he wanted.

His phone beeped and he saw that it was his father calling.

Not now. Please, not now. He didn’t want to face anything while he was like this.

Couldn’t they just leave him alone?

He slid down the door till he reached the ground and sobbed. Why couldn’t everyone leave him alone? He couldn’t handle it.

Over at Lee’s household, Mr Lee, Dongwoo and Minwoo’s father, dropped his phone and said,

"He’s no longer picking our calls." He glanced at his wife who was enjoying her tea.

"After that stunt he pulled, it’s to be expected." She said. "He literally made a fool out of me. Did you think he would pick up?"

"That brat has grown wings." Mr Lee said. "Let’s pluck them out before he starts to soar even farther into the sky."

"That’s right, honey." Mrs Lee said. "He may or may not know the situation around his birth but he’s definitely going out of control. If he goes around spewing nonsense, it won’t be irreversible."

"That’s why I advise we pluck his wings right now while they’re still growing. He’s not meant to leave when he still has some use."

Mrs Lee glanced at her husband, sipped her tea, and then sighed.

"And while we’re at it, we need to bring Dongwoo back." She said. "That son of mine has too much potential to waste on a stupid entertainment industry. A photographer? Pah!" She was very irritated by the idea. "He’s destined for great things. The sooner we let him see that, the better for him and us." She dropped her tea cup. "So, let’s get to work to bring my son back home."

Mr Lee leaned forward, showing the evil smirk on his lips and he cackled like a rusted bucket.

"Alright, darling. Let’s bring back that lost son of ours and break the wings of our disobedient son while we’re at it."

Mrs Lee closed her eyes and nodded.

The truth behind the twins birth, no one must know. They had her blood flowing through them and she carried them in her belly. That was what everyone should believe till the end. She was not going to let that brat of hers ruin the whole process she had taken so much care to perfect.

(Want to know what happened? Well, here it is. And if you don’t, skip to the next Chapter. Hahaha, I’m kidding. Read on.)

After Mr and Mrs Lee got married, just after they got out of college, they discovered Mrs Lee had problems producing eggs in her ovaries. In a word, her ovaries were damaged.

The poised socialite lady she presented herself to be while she walked the prestigious college grounds and public events was all a cover as she was very active at night, using drugs, drinking, and having ’fun.’

As a result, she destroyed her ovaries without knowing, but her womb was intact.

"How is this possible?" She asked, clenching her fists. "Are you saying I can’t have a child of my own?"

The doctor had begun to sweat under the pressure. He already explained it countless times, but they didn’t want to believe it, and it looked like they would start threatening him as well.

This was why taking care of influential names was always a hassle.

"B-but, there is another way." He said.

"What other way?" Mr Lee asked, trying to calm his wife with his hand on hers.

"The IVF program is in full swing." He said and explained to them that they could get an egg from another lady and get Mr. Lee’s sperm, attach them together artificially, and place the fertile fetus back into her.

The baby may not be hers since it was a similar process to surrogacy, but if the other party has no problem with it, then the baby could still be taken as hers. It would be Mrs Lee’s child.

"I’ll do it." Mrs Lee immediately agreed. "I don’t care. As long as I carry the baby, it’s mine. So, get on with it." She turned to her husband. "Let’s do this. I’ll get my sister to do it. She’s my twin so our genes are practically the same. The child will look like me. Nothing will go wrong."

Mr Lee was a bit hesitant. Was this the right thing to do at this time? Well, he didn’t want to get married to anyone else so maybe this was fine.

But Mrs Lee’s sister was not compliant.
