Rain also harnessed the power of the fire blade with the ominous sword. With his ability to vanish and reappear at will within the domain, Rain could launch sudden and devastating attacks with the ominous sword, catching the king off balance and capitalizing on the element of surprise.

What made Rain's approach particularly effective was the king in the shadows' lack of understanding or experience in dealing with a domain.
