Many did not even know they had been at war for all of a day with the Kingdom of Roserun, and as new spread about the acquisition of new territories thanks to the caseation of these lands following Roserun’s loss in the single battle of the war.

The border to the north against their greatest rival Visigoth a grand fortification was erected, and those seeing it were they from earth would assume this was not Rome but China as a Great Wall stretch across the land from border point to border point separating the south of former Lunan from the north.

These ladies were paid well for their services as ladies of the night and should they successfully conceive during the course of their duties they’d receive a reward from the state upon their coming to term and the delivery of their baby into a state run orphanage.

They didn’t need to give up the child mind you if they chose to they could retain their parental rights however the incentive to boost the population was a draw to many.

Julius had implemented this policy to quickly increase his population, while this strategy would not effectively bear fruit for another 16 years or so, once that time had come a massive boon of personal would flood his nation and allow for the massive expansion of his military and industries.
