She also understood basic physics, so Dylan’s explanation only made it clearer to her about his ability.

But if it was only a handful, he liked it.

"It’ll be fun." Anna laughed. She looked at the snow and then turned to look at Dylan. "If you can make more, it’ll turn into a blizzard."

Dylan shook his head. "Too much and too difficult. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to do it anytime soon."

Snow was basically shards of ice. Though the process of making fake ice was to freeze them almost instantly, which was why the microscopic shape was not very good.

He could make them with his ability since he could control how he wanted to take out the ice.

But to control each shard of these ice...

He couldn’t do it as of now.

Too much ice for him to pay attention to, which was very difficult. And thinking of them as a group was still something he didn’t know how.

In a way, he was actually a bit envious of the people who lived in the beach areas. City C was located by the sea and they made full use of the waves and wind to change this energy into electricity that could be used by people.
