The lively journey ended when they reached the hill.

The snow was piling up and looking at the situation, it was piling up very badly.

"Shall we start working?" Dylan asked.

"Well, you should cut down the trees that you don’t want to use." Anna said. There were still trees within the territory that belonged to Dylan. "I’ll put all the cut wood and the snow into my space so that it would be easier for you."

"Does your space has enough space?" Dylan asked another question.

Anna told him that the space was big, but she didn’t specify how big it is. There was no need to pile up unnecessary items into the space if there was other ways to do it.

"Don’t worry," Anna replied.

She didn’t specify the area of the space because she herself didn’t know how big her space is. All she knew was that even if the entire snow in the world was put into her space, she doubted that the space would be full.

"Alright then."

The two of them split out. Dylan went to cut down the trees while Anna piled up the snow into her space. Naturally, it was in a small hill away from her other resources. Though, looking at her space, Anna honestly felt that it was already like a separate world.

The difference was that she couldn’t put any living beings inside.

Time passed quietly.

Kitty was running around, chasing after the squirrel and caught them. After that, he released them because he had no interest to eat these small thing. Even if they were meat, the meat given by Dylan was more delicious.

He only used these squirrel for practice.

When it was lunch time, the two of them had finished clearing up a large section on the hill. The trees were cut and Dylan was busy removing the roots. The wood was put into Anna’s space and could easily be transported later.

"Can you put the soil into the space?" Dylan asked as the two of them rested for lunch.

"Technically, I can. However, The soil put into the space might lose the microorganism because the space can’t contain any living being," Anna replied.

"Non living being." Dylan nodded.

There were other people who have space ability in the base. Dylan himself got the news from his uncle because there would be detailed guidance for awakened ability in the future. He just got inside news before everything was sorted out together.

The advantage of having a powerful family was that they would also have a lot of connections.

"My space is always at that size," Anna replied helplessly. "It’s already big from the very beginning and I don’t know how to improve it."

"Alright then. Don’t force it." Dylan nodded.

"I won’t."

Anna honestly didn’t know how to improve her space. Also, does she really lack space?

Thinking about the space that was so big that one couldn’t see the end, it was really hard for her to think about improving her space again. It already felt too much.

Not to mention, this ability was inherited from the jade in her family and not the ability that she awakened. Anna honestly doubted that it would be possible for her to upgrade it through normal means.

"Do you want to use the wood that you have cut before?" Anna changed the conversation.

"Well, it can be used to make a small hut inside to be used as storage room," Dylan replied. "I have made the plan for the base. Let me show you."

Dylan took out his phone and then showed the design he had made. Looking at how clean the design was, Anna suddenly doubted that Dylan actually wanted to enter architecture department.

His skill seemed to be very good.

Or it might because Anna didn’t understand well about these. She only knew that Dylan had put every details into the drawing, including the buildings he wanted to make. He had already made the complete preparation for everything, only needed to build it.

The two of them continued their discussion and in the end, Anna decided to dug out the soil on the place where they wanted to build the foundation. Dylan would ask for the materials that he had bought from the base tomorrow and they would start building it later.

For now, they were marking the ground and also dug out the soil for the areas where Dylan wanted to put the foundation.
