I'm the Villainess in the Apocalypse
Chapter 186. The Sixth Floor (2)

Chapter 186: 186. The Sixth Floor (2)

Anna struggled to toss the thoughts out of her mind.

And at this time, Mark was finally finished selecting a stack of clothes for Lucy. He looked at Anna and Dylan.

"It’s done."

"Do you want to visit the other two places?"

"Let’s take a look at the snack place," Anna suggested.

"Yes?"

The others didn’t understand but Anna simply made her way to the store beside this place. She looked at the boxes below the counter and opened it, revealing the gas cylinder inside. It was the liquid petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder that was commonly used to cook something.

Anna put these two into her space and them rummaged at the raw ingredients. Seeing the bag of flour there, she dragged them out to the table and added two more bags from her own space.

"Flour," Anna said.

"You can really think about it." Mark’s eyes lit up.

No one would complain about having too much food. Even if they still have a lot of flour and grain at home, adding more only meant that they could eat more.

Anna smiled and opened the others and turned it open. She saw the packages for various condiment and bagged them all into the additional spare bag that she has. But with this, she would be carrying one bag and one box.

Her hands would be quite full.

"Let me carry this bag." Dylan took the bag from Anna and weighed it. It was quite heavy because some of the condiment were sauces. They were still sealed, so Anna dared to take it.

"Thanks." Anna grinned.

"Shall we check the cinema counter too?"

"Let’s go."

This time, Dylan and Mark headed first and Anna looked at these two helplessly. She looked at the snack counter and looked at the rest of the condiment that couldn’t be put because the bag was full just now.

She put them into her space and followed Mark and Dylan.

The cinema itself only has the raw popcorn sealed in the bag, which Mark directly carried. Even if he was already carrying several bags behind him, it didn’t seem to stop him from taking more things at all.

"Lucy likes to eat it," Mark explained when he saw Dylan and Anna were both looking in his direction.

"Alright, I’ll take a look at the other things." Dylan shook his head and checked the place. He only found a cooling box but the content was empty.

On the other hand, Anna walked to the vending machine at the side. She silently raised her hand and put down most of the items, leaving only one or two for each of the items. Thankfully, her space ability seemed to work even if it was behind glasses or other medium.

Back then, she did think that she needed to look at these items.

But later on, she realized that as long as she imagined enough, she would be able to do it. The example is when she took the fuel back then.

"Mark, can you open this vending machine?" Anna asked.

"I can." Mark grinned.

Dylan: "..." He felt that his friend was getting further and further away in the road of becoming a thief.

In the end, Mark opened the vending machine and took these drinks. They were all put into the cooling box that Dylan found and Dylan was responsible for bringing it. The rest of the drinks were put into the bag that Mark carried.

Anna went to the counter where Mark and Dylan took the popcorn and saw that there were still several bags of raw popcorn in the sealed plastic bags. She took them all and then trotted to the other two who were waiting at the entrance.

"It’s done. Let’s go back."

"Ok."

"Where are we going now?"

"I’m going to check the factory," Dylan replied and looked at Mark. "The factory might be closed, but the main material should still exist there."

Mark nodded. "Yep."

Main materials?

Anna thought about the factory here with a thoughtful look. There were several factories in this district because there was the waste management something. The businessmen were competing to build factories in order to get part of this thing.

So, there were a lot of factories nearby.

"Which factory do you want to go?" Anna asked.

"Steel factory and fertilizer factory," Dylan replied.

Steel factory was made out of iron ore. When these iron ore first mined, they would look rugged and dirty. So even if they took some, it should be fine. Besides, metal would be an important resource later.

It would be better for Dylan to take some for his own use first.

If they wanted to buy it later, it might be a bit difficult.

As for the fertilizer factory, there were several types of main materials used to make these fertilizers. But Anna had the faint feeling that the main reason why Dylan wanted to go there was because some of these fertilizer used fuel as one of their main ingredients.

It was processed to form ammonia, which is the one used for the fertilizer itself.

"Are you aiming for the oil? The oil for these factories and the oil for cars are different, though." Anna tilted her head.

She still knew this much.

There was specific chemical formula for the oil used in cars are different from the oil used to make ammonia in the factory.

"I know they’re different." Dylan looked at Anna. "I can’t process them, but there are experts in the base who could do it."

Expert in the base?

Right, Anna forgot that there were also a lot of researchers who stayed in the base and had been doing their best to research many things. From the start of the strange things arrival, they didn’t seem to be able to do many things well. But at the very least, they would be able to analyze a lot of things and also gave reasonable explanation for what had happened recently.
