Dylan took a deep breath.

He pushed all thoughts from his mind and tried his best not to think too much. But he couldn’t deny that was a lot of curiosity when he talked about Anna.

"You can sleep here."

"Meow." Kitty inspected the bed and turned around once before laying on the bed once more, closing his eyes and slept peacefully.

Dylan walked out of the room and saw Anna had already walked out of the kitchen.

"You’re done?"

"Yup. All plates are clean." Anna grinned. "Go down now?"

"Ok."

The two of them made their way down and then knocked on Mark and Lucy’s room. The next moment, they heard the sound of something falling followed by curse and Lucy’s yell.

Dylan and Anna looked at each other.

"Are they... fighting?" Anna asked hesitantly. She started to doubt that their decision to come here at this time was correct.

Dylan was silent for a moment and then replied, "Maybe?"

"Huh?"
