Chapter 192: Plotter’s Reasons

Minji sighed in both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. She was satisfied because Rayen had so much screen time during today’s episode, dissatisfied because it wasn’t enough to quench her thirst.

’I haven’t seen them for only a week, yet I have to be satisfied with a less than two hours broadcast...’

Of course that wasn’t enough to satiate her longing heart!

The only way to quench it was to watch the follow-up clips that Flower Garden edited and cut-out from today’s episode and watch it again.

Just as she was relishing on Rayen’s bright smile clip that she happened to find somewhere, a text message arrived in her inbox. Immediately, she checked who it was from and saw Seoyun’s name.

Opening it, she read the message.

Plotter gazed at her from the corner of his eyes. "Hehe. I asked his opinions before to respect his choice. He wanted to try and save them, but for me, I think they’re just a nuisance. But since they’re gone, I don’t think it matters now, right? There is no one to save!"

Plotter’s tone was as carefree as his usual self, as though it was none of his concern at all.

Actually, it wasn’t only because it was Rayen’s request to not release the video. If Rayen knew that his decision might backfire later and also implicate the innocent Minho and Renjiro because another video was leaked, he might have told Plotter to just release it at the expense of Binh.

’After all, Rayen... That idol of mine is a bit of a pushover. He might not realize it, but he has a soft heart for innocents.’

Plotter’s other reason for not releasing the video earlier was also because of the sponsors backing up Yeo Haru. Be it Binh’s primary fault for trying to resort to violence, Yeo Haru also contributed to it with his attitude. Releasing it might damage his reputation.

The scariest thing as an Overseer — as a boss — was an employee strike. He couldn’t just offend those Entities even though he was higher ranked than them.

And lastly but also the least of his reasons, Plotter wanted to slap the haters and paint Rayen as the bigger person.

Imagine, he was accused of being a bully, but all along, he was the true hero in all of this mess.

It would skyrocket Rayen’s ratings!

Plotter giggled with all of his ideas. But then, the giggling turned into laughter.

Watching the evil look on Plotter’s face, Director even wondered just how this person could even transform into an Overseer. He was too bizarre and hard to fathom.

Though Plotter seemed to be afraid of her, deep down, she knew he wasn’t.

Still, she wouldn’t let go of that advantage. If Plotter liked to act submissive, then she would act as the authority. After all, no fool wouldn’t try to use an extra hand. Since Plotter was willing, why not use him?

And so, this show happened.

Director sighed. "Up to you."

Plotter grinned and glanced back at Mini Plotter busy rummaging all through the files. Until finally...

"I found it!" Mini Plotter joyfully said, in his hand was the icon of a video player.

Plotter grinned widely and instructed it. "Okay, then do your job!"

Finally, Plotter could relax himself and just wait for the final results of his scheme.

"It’s uploaded," Mini Plotter reported after five minutes.

Plotter smiled. "Good. Keep it up."

As Director watched, her headache intensified.
