Chapter 165: YeoHaruPettiness.mp4
At the Leisure floor of Flower Garden Agency building, the projector screen was already let down. A few moments later, some participants had finally arrived to watch the incoming episode. The first one that did was Rayen together with his team.
[Idol:Revive’s 6th episode will be airing shortly. Please wait.]
– Ahhh, I can’t wait! Please, start already!
– I really wanna see the live performance of the MVs. It’s like they’ve already debuted.
– Haru’s performance last week was so cool!
– Weed Garden, Weed Garden. Kick out the bullies.
– #KickOutTheBullies
Ignoring the flashing bullet comments and reading the text on the screen, Rayen turned to Adrian.
"It’s already the 6th episode?"
"Yeah." Adrian nodded. "You don’t know?"
During the past few weeks, the participants have been so busy with their back to back schedules that they’ve forgotten to watch the 5th episode of the public broadcast. Likewise, Rayen had also forgotten about it.
Taking a seat, he wondered about the audience’s feedback for the 5th episode. As it might still be early for the 6th episode to start, Rayen decided to just browse the Internet for it. He took out his phone and keyed in the words in the search bar.
[5th episode Idol:Revive Rayen]
Various results appeared on his screen. The most eye-catching of all was a post from Y.

What do you all think?

– Honestly, I’m getting tired of this issue. Can you all just shut up? It’s not like Rayen did say anything bad to your favorite.
– Stop this already. It’s all debunked to be staged sabotage.
>> Then what about the others? I could probably stay silent about Rayen, but what about those who really badmouthed Haru? Kick them out.
Rayen immediately pressed the back button. It was just another hate post. He didn’t want to see such things. What he wanted to see was the feedback to his own performance.
However, he found out that their performance still had yet to air.
For the public broadcast, a round would be aired for 2 episodes each week. Counting the weeks that had passed, the 5th episode must have been about the first part of the 2nd round.
Cut-out clips floated around the Internet, and he even found a few meme-worthy among them.
For example, how Yeo Haru had tried to kick Xu Jiji out of the performance group.
[Have you seen just how petty Yeo Haru really is?
(YeoHaruPettiness.mp4)]
It was rare to see a post that wasn’t about loving Yeo Haru.
Curious, Rayen clicked on the link leaning to a video on UCube.
"Since you know the other participants better than us, you should probably be the one to control the bidding," Drake said.
The video was well-edited. After Drake said that, it even included a clip showing that Drake was acting like a sugar daddy giving Yeo Haru his allowance, and then Yeo Haru’s eyes turning into Korean Won symbols.
Rayen chuckled.
Suddenly, he heard Yeo Haru’s voice beside him. "What are you watching, brother?"
Out of reflex, he hid his screen out of Yeo Haru’s gaze.
"Nothing."
Yeo Haru pursed his lips. "I already saw it. What was that?"
"Oh..."
Reluctantly, he showed the video to Yeo Haru, which was coincidentally at the same frame as when his eyes turned into Won symbols.
"... Are you having fun, brother?" Yeo Haru asked.
"Well..."
"If you’re happy that way, then fine," Yeo Haru said with a look of defeat in his face.
Adrian chuckled. Their other teammates also gathered behind Rayen to see what the commotion was about.
"What’s that?" Xi Huan asked, curious.
With Xu Jiji also chiming along behind Xi Huan, Rayen decided to just watch it later since the video contained a scene that could provoke a fight between Yeo Haru and Xu Jiji. However, before he could hide his phone away, he noticed that it was already in Xi Huan’s hands.
Rayen’s mouth hanged open.
’How did she get that?’
Playing the video, Xi Huan’s laughter followed.
"You’re so evil, Haruru," Xi Huan exclaimed to Yeo Haru.
Yeo Haru clicked his tongue. "Hey, give it back."
"Why? I’m not yet done watching."
"Give it back!"
The two circled around Rayen, hands and limbs fighting for the black object in Xi Huan’s hands. Yeo Haru reached for it while Xi Huan juggled Rayen’s phone, so that Yeo Haru couldn’t get it.
Rayen felt a headache coming. His hair and clothes were already a mess because of the two. And then Adrian, instead of stopping them, only laughed at Rayen’s state.
Rayen glared at him.
"Can you stop? Give my phone back," Rayen demanded, but the two didn’t listen to him.
"Oops, it’s not in my hands anymore," Xi Huan said, raising his hands in surrender.
Finally, the two stopped their scuffle, but the phone was nowhere to be found. Yeo Haru approached Xi Huan and carefully searched her pockets from head to toe.
Finding nothing, Yeo Haru backed down in case he touched somewhere inappropriate. "Where is it?"
Xi Huan smiled wistfully, then pointed to the side.
Following the direction of her index finger, Yeo Haru found the phone in Xu Jiji’s hands, who was already watching the event that unfolded as to how he was kicked out of the Performance Unit.
Rayen panicked, suddenly feeling a cold sweat forming on his forehead. Immediately, he stood up and snatched the phone away from the kid’s hands.
"Stop dreaming. You’re not gonna perform in my unit."
Rayen heard Yeo Haru’s voice from his phone speaker. He lowered down its volume, only to see the edited fire in Yeo Haru’s eyes. However, Rayen’s action was already too late. Xu Jiji had heard it.
Xi Huan laughed merrily. Rayen wanted to shut this person’s mouth for good, but he remembered that Xi Huan was a girl and held back himself.
’Ah... I shouldn’t have clicked the link...’
Rayen was already regretting his choice. He pressed the back button before glancing up to Xu Jiji’s face.
Yet, contrary to his expectations, Xu Jiji was rather calm.
