The man let out a scream but was quickly silenced as a line of blood seeped from his neck and sprayed out like a fountain before he collapsed onto the ground.

The remaining two men realized the gravity of the situation, but understanding they couldn’t escape from a Level 2 New Human, they knelt down and cried out, "Director Li, spare us!"
