"Have you heard about Fogen?" Wei Tianyang didn’t give Leona a chance to start but directly addressed the issue.

"I’m aware, Helena Mina decrypted some of the files on that matter," Leona said.

"I expect things to follow standard procedures this time; I hope there won’t be any mishaps," Wei Tianyang said.

"This meeting follows the protocols of the United Council. She wouldn’t authorize the V Protocol unless absolutely necessary," Leona said.

"The V Protocol?" Wei Tianyang was startled.

"I guess it means asking for your help, but we had to give the contingency plan a name, right?" Leona said with a light smile.

"Alright, I guess Libitelli has been kicked off that little table... You’ve taken their place, but why haven’t you summoned the other presidents? The Emperor is also still around," Wei Tianyang said.

"Governor Steijie has a difficult situation to handle, I’m not aware of the Emperor’s schedule, and the others are tied up with their matters and couldn’t get away," Leona said.

"No... I say it is extraordinary for a reason," Leona said.

Wei Tianyang narrowed his eyes.

"It’s still alive..." Leona said.

"Alive? So it’s still moving about within your country?" Wei Tianyang said.

Leona nodded and continued, "I have already sealed off the eastern region, and we’ve managed to evacuate about forty percent of the population from three cities."

"Four months and you’ve only evacuated forty percent?" Wei Tianyang said.

"Had you been here two months ago, perhaps more could have been evacuated... I mean no blame, but now is not the time to mourn the deceased," Helena Mina said.

"What does the Heavenly Falling Object look like? What are its capabilities? Do you have footage of it in combat?" Wei Tianyang asked.

She took out a slightly damaged recording pen from her bag and pressed the button.
