Yu Jingting was unfamiliar with the visitor, who didn’t seem to be from the neighborhood, so he asked:

"What do you do?"

Suizi recognized the man with glasses, her memory struggled to place him.

"Professor Wang?" Suizi stood up.

"The city has decided to establish a part-time vocational school for workers after the New Year. The teachers will be sourced from full-time schools and teach part-time. We need a director for our academic department. You will be in charge of organizing teaching tasks and also teaching."

This part-time vocational school translates to night school.

It’s an era of economic transition, and due to special circumstances in the past, many people missed out on receiving education.

Now with general education being promoted, such schools are being established everywhere. Factories send their workers with tuition fees paid in full.

The curriculum includes primary and high school contents, English language, Russian language etc. Upon graduation, certificates are also issued which hold recognition.

The level of this night school is slightly lower than the high school Li Youcai went to, but as per Professor Wang, Suizi would be the academic director – a cadre.

Professor Wang looked up and down, he couldn’t believe that Yu Jingting would be someone his junior sister would choose as her son-in-law.

She was now furious.

"May I consider this matter?" Suizi didn’t make an immediate commitment.
