Chapter 608: Indeed a Monster
Chapter 608: Chapter 608: Indeed a Monster
The agent knew that she was pleased and smiled, saying, "He’s your superfan. He was already staying near the first recording site a few days in advance because he heard that he would be in a team with you. He even prepared a grand gift for meeting you."
Shelby Hamilton: "When do we join the group?"
"The day after tomorrow, so rest well tomorrow and strive to be in the best condition."
"By the way, do you want to add Robert Foster on the messaging app? I have his contact information here."
Shelby Hamilton glanced at her: "You want me to initiate adding him?"
The agent got it instantly: "Alright, I got it!"
Shelby Hamilton closed her eyes: "I want to rest, don’t disturb me before then."
An hour later, the car stopped.
The agent softly woke up Shelby Hamilton.
"Shelby, you’re home. Go and rest, today was tough."
Shelby Hamilton slowly opened her eyes and subconsciously looked ahead.
In front of a villa’s main gate, a person was walking out from inside.
Her eyes darkened, and she picked up her bag and got out of the car.
After the car left, she began to walk forward.
Step by step, slowly but surely, exuding an imposing aura.
Finally, she stopped her steps.
Her eyelids lowered, and her indifferent gaze slowly became mocking.
"You didn’t answer the phone last time, this time after my father recovered, you’ve conveniently showed up, I clearly know what you’re thinking about."
The person in front of her looked up at her, calm, even colder than her, wordlessly continued to walk forward.
Shelby Hamilton moved her step, blocking her: "Wanda Wesley."
She smiled sarcastially: "Your surname is Wesley, not Hamilton, this is not your place, you better not come again."
Wanda Wesley slowly raised her head, her dark eyes were like a person-eating well, she laughed, not saying a word, exuding a chilling aura.
Shelby Hamilton inexplicably felt a chill on her back, her lips pursed, and she took a step back.
"Truly a monster," she retorted coldly, then turned around and left.

At eleven thirty at night, Chloe Collins left the liquor house.
Since they both had been drinking, they had Heijii pick them up.
Layla Lowell drank a lot, vomited a lot, and was already out of it at this point. She fell asleep as soon as she got in the car.
"Boss, this is for you," Heijii handed her a hangover remedy.
Chloe Collins waved her hand to refuse, then said: "Start the car, drive slowly."
Heijii saw her expression, and quietly asked: "Is somebody following us?"
Chloe Collins nodded.
Heijii hummed in agreement, immediately started the car, and began to crawl slowly.
Chloe Collins pressed her fingers against her forehead, leaned her elbow against the car window, and stared at the rearview mirror outside the car.
Three seconds after the car started, a green taxi slowly pulled up from behind them.
Even though their car speed was very slow, slow enough for a bicycle to overtake, the taxi maintained a set distance from their car, showing no attempt to catch up to them.
Convinced of her suspicion, Chloe Collins directed her gaze away, and told Heijii: "Lose them."
Getting the command, Heijii sharply darted out, weaving through the ebb and flow of cars with agility.
Swift changes of lane coupled with quick maneuvers, anyone inexperienced would not stand a chance of catching up.
Heijii: "Boss, who is this? Following you."
Chloe Collins didn’t go along with what Layla had said about fans, only stating: "I’m not sure yet."
"Should we catch them and ask?"
Chloe Collins grabbed a pillow to hold, squinted her eyes: "Wait and see."
Because she had been drinking, she didn’t go back to the Fosters’ place and had Heijii drive back to Southvale’s Riverside instead.
