After freshening up, Chloe Collins headed to the basement to check on Liam Locke.

Half-eaten food was left at the entrance; it was the meal that Liam had eaten, left unfinished and sent back out.

She knocked, "It’s me."

"Come in," a warm male voice answered.

She glanced around, noticing her untouched letter still intact on the table, seemingly unopened, but in a new position.

The two people were holding a kite, letting it fly high.

She put down the painting and suggested, "Let’s go fly a kite."

Chloe looked back at Jerry from afar and casually commented, "He’s quite sturdy. If you two were to fight, you probably wouldn’t stand a chance."

"I... Humph!" Albert huffed in annoyance.

"It seems like he won’t be going over there for now, I’ll observe for a bit."
