After hearing the announcement from their Sect Master, Daniel, Cecilia fulfilled his wish.

Eventually, a day after, Cecilia, the overall leader of all of the disciples, stood at the centre of the upgraded Palace Hall.

Due to the vast amount of Heavenly Harem Sect Disciples which is more than a Billion, the Palace Hall has been upgraded.

In the Imperial throne room, Empress Lilith occupied the central throne, while her daughter sat beside her on another.

From her majestic throne, Empress Lilith addressed the five Patriarchs of the Imperial Families, Juno, Illumi, Hilheim, Maeka, and Vastro who all stood before her.

"It has come to my attention that the Kaos Forces have been displaying unusual behaviour," she stated with a measured tone.

Observing the Patriarchs, she continued, "They seemed rather restless as if something has stirred fear within their ranks."

Empress Lilith directed her gaze towards the Patriarchs, seeking answers. "Do all of you have any insights into this matter?"

Patriarch Juno, representing one of the five families, stepped forward and replied, "Empress, we have...no idea"

The other Patriarchs nodded in agreement.

"Strange...they have been secretly silent for the past few hundred years, but recently, we kept receiving information about them" The Empress contemplated.

"The world had been warring with them since the Ancient Times and after the Ruler of Kaos was defeated and sealed by the sacrifice of millions of Great Cultivators, they had hidden themselves"

The Empress recalled a certain tale of history that happened millions of years ago.

"So why now did they start showing themselves?" She questioned.

"Is this a sign of a great change?" She contemplated.

"But enough of this, what about the investigation towards the Heavenly Harem Sect? Is there any news about them?" She questioned.

On the other hand, Tilith's eyes were brightened up as the Sect was mentioned.

"About that, we have plenty of information Empress" Maeka answered.

"Do we know what is their purpose?"

"For that, we don't have a single clue, however, we do know the fact that their Sect Master aims to recruit as much as Disciples as he can" Maeka said.

"And...the number of Disciples he had recruited so far can be estimated close to a Billion or even more..." He said.

The moment he declared, the Empress was startled for a moment and even her eyebrows started twitching.
