Chapter 255: Battle Ends

"Fuck!"

Everybody saw the colossal world demon turned into dust, and they couldn’t help but be horrified. They couldn’t believe this was true.

"Is this... real?" someone whispered, their voice trembling.

How could something as fearsome and powerful as a World Demon—known for devastating entire worlds—be reduced to nothing so quickly and silently, as though it were nothing more than an insignificant ant crushed underfoot?

The sheer absurdity of the scene shook everyone to their core. They had expected a violent clash, a drawn-out struggle that might bring ruin to the station itself. But this? This was beyond comprehension.

The most horrified was the young man who brought the World Demon; his legs were shaking as he saw his World Demon disappear right in front of him. All the calm and steady facade seems to be crumbling right now as he knew he was in deep shit.

"No... this can’t be happening..." he muttered under his breath, his voice barely audible.

His trembling hands reached out instinctively as if to grasp the reality of the situation and hold it together, but it was no use. The World Demon, his trump card, was gone—disappeared into oblivion, taking with it his aura of invincibility.

He felt exposed, vulnerable, and utterly helpless. Lady Ysera, beside her, also pale, seeing the unimaginable scene.

"Young master, what should we do? We will die at this rate," she said as she looked at Serena with horror.

Serena was not more terrifying than anything they had ever seen; she was like being in control of their life and death.

Apollo was also a bit shocked to see her strength. Although he understood she should be very strong and must at least be a true god, he didn’t expect her to be this strong. But could it be that all true gods are this strong, or is Serena different? He wasn’t sure, but he felt great knowing he had the protection of such an expert; his future travels would be easier.

She appeared beside him and bowed without caring about the people who were trembling. "Lord, everything is done, but there was a bigger ant who was smart; he immediately ran the moment I made a move."

"Oh, there were more?" Apollo asked.

"Yes, there was a True God hidden," Serena said, her tone calm yet tinged with intrigue. "Although he tried to conceal himself carefully, in front of me, such efforts were meaningless."

She crossed her arms, her gaze distant as if piecing together the puzzle. "But I didn’t expect this true God to be so cowardly. Even though I suppressed my strength and revealed just a hint of it, he still didn’t dare to show himself. Instead, he ran away decisively."

There was a slight frown on her face, betraying her surprise at the unexpected reaction. "It’s rare for someone of that level to act with such... timidity," she added, almost as if speaking to herself.

Apollo listened in silence, processing her words. A true god retreating without even testing their strength against Serena was indeed surprising. Yet, it was also a testament to her overwhelming presence. To scare off a being of such stature without lifting a finger—what level of strength does she reach?

His focus then shifted to others, especially the group of masters that attacked him.

"Don’t kill us, young lord, senior... please don’t!" Lady Ysera quickly pleaded, her voice trembling with desperation.

Her eyes darted to the young master beside her, who was visibly shaking, his composure shattered. The once-proud figure now appeared utterly defeated, devoid of the will to resist.

Lady Ysera knew she had no other choice but to beg for mercy if she wanted to survive. Revenge? The mere thought seemed laughable as her gaze flicked toward Serena. Terror coursed through her veins; Serena’s power was simply overwhelming.

From Serena’s demeanour, it was obvious that she was only a guard. If the guard alone has such terrifying strength, how powerful must the force behind them be?

Lady Ysera’s thoughts raced. ’I’m from an ordinary galaxy-level force... even the stronger galaxy-level powers don’t have guards this formidable for their younger generation. Who are they?’

She lowered herself further, bowing her head as she tried to suppress the tremor in her voice. "Please, grant us mercy. We’ll leave and never appear before you again."

The young master beside Lady Ysera, seemingly awakened by her desperate plea, found his voice and started to speak, though his words wavered with a mix of arrogance and desperation.

"You cannot kill me! I am from Saint Demon Hall, one of the top forces in the Chaos Beast Galaxy. Our Hall boasts numerous gods... even True Gods."

Apollo raised an eyebrow, his expression calm but curious as he murmured, "Oh, the Chaos Beast Galaxy."

Although he wasn’t familiar with this so-called shit Saint Demon Hall, the mention of the Chaos Beast Galaxy piqued his interest. He recalled vague mentions of the galaxy’s reputation—it was a somewhat famous galaxy in the universe.

As it was not only countless times more powerful than most galaxies but was larger also. In fact, it was so big that the term galaxy was a bit deceiving. It is a place filled with different kinds of rare beasts and creatures on different star systems.

This is also why he had such a powerful and rare world demon as a pet guarding him.

His voice remained cold and indifferent as he glanced at the young master, the faintest hint of a smirk playing on his lips. "And? Do you think that changes anything?"

Although the strongest force in the Chaos Beast Galaxy has Eternal Gods and can be said to be one of the strongest territories in the universe, he still wouldn’t be afraid as it was nothing compared to Sky Tower.

Apollo’s words carried a weight that silenced the entire battlefield. His smirk was not one of arrogance but an acknowledgement of the futility of resistance. The remaining group trembling as if his gaze alone was a blade to their throats.

The young master’s desperate expression twisted further as he realized how fucked-up he currently is, as even after mentioning his backing, it seems to have no effect.

"No... I cannot die!!!!"

He was about to take something out, but before he could make a move, a small flick of Serena’s finger and a spark of silver energy instantly turned him into dust.

The few other survivors with Lady Ysera were terrified, and they all panicked and ran using whatever life-saving means.

But the moment they ran, all seemed to feel the heavenly wrath, and a small spark of energy exploded right between them and exploded.

Boom!

The entire Astral Void Station trembled violently as a deafening explosion ripped through the void. At its epicentre, a small black hole appeared, its swirling darkness exuding a terrifying gravitational pull, threatening to consume everything in its vicinity.

The station’s entire structure groaned under the pressure, and for a brief moment, it seemed as though the entire Astral Void Station would be devoured by the anomaly.

But just as abruptly as it appeared, the black hole vanished, leaving behind an eerie silence and nothingness where the explosion had occurred. Killing all of the guys who tried to attack him.

Whether it was Lady Ysera, some young master Chaos Beast galaxy, or some other guy who wanted to take advantage, they disappeared between heaven and earth for eternity.

Apollo stood still, his calm demeanour belying the shock that churned within him. "Fuck, just how strong is she?" he muttered to himself, unable to fully grasp the depths of Serena’s power.

This moment once again opened his eyes to the vastness of the broader universe. The realization hit him hard—if someone as monstrously powerful as Serena was merely one of the guardians, what about the strongest guardian? And what of his enigmatic fifth senior brother and the other senior brothers, whose strength remained unfathomable?

It was a humbling and awe-inspiring reminder that his journey had only just begun, and the peak of this universe was far beyond his current imagination.

All of the people in the Astral Void Station stared at the empty space in shock, their expressions pale, realizing how close they had come to being obliterated.

Today what they saw shocked all of them; even if they had lived a thousand or ten thousand years, they hadn’t seen what they all saw today.

At the same time, in the outer area near the Void Mansion branch—one of the few structures that remained untouched despite the chaos that had left most of the Astral Void Station in ruins—a figure stood silently.

Broker Lyeria, her captivating presence accentuated by her seductive smile, gazed into the distance where the battle had unfolded. Her eyes sparkled with intrigue as she murmured to herself, her tone laced with a mix of amusement and curiosity.

"Oh, this guest is really something. Do you find out what their identity is?" She seemed to talk to herself, but a second voice was heard.

"No, nothing could be found," the voice replied with an air of quiet deference.

"Nothing?" Lyeria arched an eyebrow, her intrigue deepening. "That cannot be. A guard with such overwhelming strength should be well-known. How could there be no trace of her?" She paused, her lips curving into a more pronounced smile. "Interesting... very interesting."
