Amalia’s expression changed slightly. Her master had never brought this up before, so she asked, "Do I have senior brothers and sisters?"

"Of course. Other than you, I’ve only had one other apprentice in my life," Tian Wuya replied, her expression was calm and no longer as affected as when Master Lian had been mentioned it before.

Amalia was surprised. "Only one apprentice? Didn’t you just mention my senior brothers and sisters? Could it be one of them is your child?"

Amalia frowned, "But didn’t you say these creatures can’t be destroyed? How am I supposed to kill them?"

Amalia didn’t dwell on it, not realizing yet how tight two months would feel.

When she returned, Amalia saw her holding a Devil Ghost, finally able to see its true form.

Amalia was stunned for a moment before realizing she needed to react fast. She dodged the attack and looked up at the sky. "Master, can a Devil Ghost not be harmed by a blade?"

There was no reply. It was as if her Master had already left.

Feeling stuck, Amalia considered trying other methods or artifacts, but then a thought struck her—her Master had given a specific instruction at the start.
