Chapter 1154: The Unstoppable Human

Following Kenny Lin’s intention, Officer Khan refined the message slightly and sent it.

When the alien technician read the reply, his face showed surprise.

"Well? What did Aelra’s people say?" someone asked.

The technician recounted the message. "It’s strange. General Aelra is actually willing to share part of the energy with us."

"Nothing surprising about that," Nykthar said arrogantly, as if he’d expected it. "General Aelra wouldn’t dare provoke our Prince."

"Besides," he continued, "Planet Noctis’s energy reserves are so abundant that even General Aelra couldn’t monopolize it alone. It’s better to curry favor with the Prince."

"But they claim the Space Insectoid Queen was already driven off. That’s odd. How did they manage to drive the queen off their territory?"

"Maybe they used some trick, or perhaps we overestimated the queen. The Space Insectoid Queen in this low-dimensional universe may be far weaker than we thought."

"So, should we board Aelra’s battleship?" the technician asked.

"Of course, we’ll board. Why wouldn’t we?" The alien elites, led by Velzok, exuded confidence—not only in their strength but also in their status.

Even if General Aelra had sinister intentions, he would never dare to oppose the Prince of Doomsday.

"Thalaxia, you and Gryphion stay on the ship. Nykthar and I will board with the others," Velzok instructed.

Thalaxia was the red-haired alien woman, and Gryphion the technician.

Nykthar smirked. "If General Aelra dares to detain us, just inform the Prince. He wouldn’t stand by and let that happen."

"Be careful," Thalaxia cautioned. "I find General Aelra’s overly friendly attitude rather suspicious. I can’t quite put my finger on it."

"Relax," Velzok said confidently. "General Aelra is a smart man. Even if he has hidden motives, he wouldn’t dare kill us."

Brimming with unwavering confidence, Velzok and Nykthar led four others aboard a small scout ship that docked with the massive cosmic battleship.

The moment they stepped off the small ship, the four of them furrowed their brows.

Not a single person came to greet them.

The entire mecha bay was eerily deserted.

"What’s the meaning of this? Is General Aelra trying to intimidate us?" Nykthar’s expression soured with displeasure.

"This doesn’t look like a smooth negotiation," Zurrernorn murmured, clearly unsettled. "But I’m curious—what exactly is General Aelra planning? Everything feels off."

"There’s no turning back now. Let’s see what he’s up to," Velzok declared, striding forward with determination.

Meanwhile, back on the ship, Gryphion, the technician, suddenly made a sharp noise of surprise.

"What’s wrong?" Thalaxia approached him, glancing at the screen.

She didn’t immediately understand what she was seeing.

"There’s something strange about Planet Noctis," Gryphion muttered, his fingers flying across the keyboard.

Streams of data flashed across the screen, finally pausing on a specific frame.

Gryphion gasped audibly. "Planet Noctis... its size has decreased significantly!"

The original data indicated that Planet Noctis had a mass that was almost the same with Planet Jupiter, but now it was reduced to less than half of it, and it was still shrinking rapidly.

Thalaxia’s face turned paled as she realizes something was wrong.

They tried to contact Velzok immediately, only to discover the signal was gone.

...

On the cosmic battleship, ticking drops of blood pooled into a lake of crimson.

In the blink of an eye, everyone around him was dead—only Velzok remained.

A human.

A human with strikingly handsome features, possessing the deep contours of their royal bloodline.

In a single moment, this human had mercilessly slain Nykthar and Zurrernorn, leaving only him.

"Who the hell are you?" Velzok growled, his eyes filled with bloodthirsty rage.

The thought of being pushed to this point by a single woman sent his mind spiraling into madness.

Kenny Lin’s deep, abyss-like eyes gazed down at him, aloof and emotionless, like a deity looking upon a mere mortal.

That kind of gaze—Velzok had only ever seen it in the eyes of aliens who are looking down upon humans.

He felt his dignity being trampled upon, bit by bit, by this human.

His body trembled, his anger roared inside him, but he couldn’t move.

This human was strong—far stronger than anyone he had ever encountered.

A chilling premonition gripped him.

If he dare to move, the last body to collapse on this cold floor would be his own.

"A dying man has no need to know my name," Kenny Lin spoke, his voice laced with a murderous chill.

"Where is General Aelra? You’re human—there’s no way he would cooperate with you. And what about the rest of the crew on this cosmic battleship? Where did they go?"

As Velzok spoke, his fingers discreetly moved toward the terminal on his wrist, attempting to send a message to Gryphion and Thalaxia.

Kenny Lin’s crimson-stained gaze flicked to his hand, amusement flashing in his eyes, as if he were watching a foolish clown dance before him—completely unaware that no matter how much he jumped, he would never escape his grasp.

Velzok’s hand trembled.

The next second, he realized why he had allowed him to act despite seeing his intentions.

The message wouldn’t send.

Even the highly advanced terminal technology of a higher-dimensional universe was utterly useless against him.

"What level of power do the alien royals possess? Where are they? Is that man named Aelra one of them?" Amalia flicked his sword, blood splattering onto the cold metal floor.

"Of course, General Aelra is a member of the Monarch! You killed him, didn’t you?"

Velzok could only hope that Gryphion and Thalaxia would notice something was wrong with the cosmic battleship and escape in time to report this to the Prince.

A human this monstrously strong had appeared out of nowhere.

None of them stood a chance against him.

He had to be eliminated—otherwise, he might single-handedly change the course of this war.

"It wasn’t me who killed him," Amalia said lazily. "It was my lover. If all the alien royals are as weak as Aelra, then they’re truly pathetic."

He pointed his sword at him. "That Prince of Doomsday of yours—how strong is he compared to Aelra? If he’s any stronger, tell him this: I’ll be coming for him soon."

Velzok’s heart pounded violently.
