"There was no one here but my assistant!" Peixuan Ruxi waved her claims away, laughing and focusing on his phone.

"Really? Your assistant?" Qin Zhuzhu eyed him suspiciously, trying to see behind his mask. It was hard to tell what Peixuan Ruxi was really up to. It seemed like he was always happy and carefree without a single worry in the world.

"Of course! Do you want to meet my assistant for proof?" Peixuan Ruxi offered. Once she was suspicious, she will have doubts and won’t stop at nothing until she’s satisfied.

"Okay," Qin Zhuzhu agreed and with a satisfied look, went to the kitchen to have her breakfast.

Once she left, Peixuan Ruxi breathed a sigh of relief and patted his chest. It wasn’t easy dealing with smart people even though he himself was one.

Quickly, he took out his phone and dialed a number. "Fuck! Do you know how much trouble you’ve caused? She’s suspecting me now! This girl is very smart! You better come and deal with her yourself!"
