Chapter 159: You’re Really Naughty.
"Yeah," Lucas said, his tone dark. "People can surprise you. Sometimes the quietest ones are the most dangerous."
"This is surprising, though. I never once considered Henry as a suspect," Aiden voiced aloud, heaving a heavy sigh. "I still don’t want to believe that someone like Henry can commit a crime."
"It’s not confirmed that he killed Louise yet. He’s just a suspect," Lucas replied, his voice laced with seriousness. "We’re going to investigate first and see if there’s anything connecting him to Louise’s death. I really hope we don’t find anything on him. I really hope he didn’t have a hand in it."
"Me too. I hope he’s clean," Aiden agreed, nodding. "But considering Jess said he’s been acting strangely, we’re going to find out the cause behind that. Something’s definitely up."
Mark exhaled slowly, his expression somber. "Anyways, we’ll go ahead with the investigation. If we find him guilty, he’s going to end up in the police station."
The three friends exchanged determined glances, their bond solidified by a shared resolve.
"Alright, we should head back to school. It’s been a long day," Mark finally voiced out, glancing at the time. "It’s getting late."
"Yeah," Lucas agreed, checking his phone. "Olive has been texting nonstop," he added, his cheeks turning a light shade of red. His friends noticed this, throwing teasing glances in his direction. "She’s just asking what’s keeping us so long and when we’re getting back to school."
"Sounds like someone’s girlfriend keeping tabs on her boyfriend," Mark teased, bursting into laughter, which Aiden quickly joined, causing Lucas to shift uncomfortably.
"You two should just date already," Aiden said, eyeing Lucas with a playful smirk. "I was there when she turned you down on her birthday, but don’t give up. It’s obvious she likes you, she’s just playing hard to get. Girls always do that."
"Exactly!" Mark chimed in, laughing. "That’s how Lara was before she finally accepted my proposal. Who knows? Olive might be scared you just want to use and dump her. You’re a rich boy, heir to the Belmont fortune. Maybe she thinks you’re one of those playboys. That’s why you’ve got to convince her."
"I know right. I’m never giving up on her." Lucas replied with a warm smile.
"Damn, I’m the only single one here," Aiden complained, feigning sadness, which only caused Lucas and Mark to laugh even harder. "I really don’t want to hear any more love stories!"
"Yeah, yeah," Mark chuckled. "Let’s just head back," he said, grabbing Aiden by the arm while Lucas took the other. The trio began walking away, leaving the beach and their shared secrets behind.

Mark’s Maybach pulled up at the school entrance. The three friends got out, making their way into the school building without worrying about the CCTV cameras, which hadn’t been repaired since Louise’s death.
"So..are you sleeping at the 3RM, or heading to your girlfriend’s place?" Aiden asked, his gaze shifting between Lucas and Mark. The two exchanged knowing glances, as if silently deciding who would stay with Aiden for the night.
"Mark’s staying with you, obviously," Lucas said, smirking. "He can’t go to the girls’ hostel. Besides, Olive’s in the boys’ hostel, so I’ll just head to her."
Mark could only roll his eyes away.
"Of course," Aiden agreed with a smile, nodding toward Lucas. "See you tomorrow."
"Sure! Sleep tight. Lucas replied before walking towards the boys dorm. After Lucas disappeared down the hall, Aiden and Mark headed to their dorm.
On getting to Olive room, Lucas opened the door to the room with the spare key, stepping inside and closing it behind him. The moment he turned around, he let out a yell of fear.
"Arrrgh!" he shouted. "Why do you have to sit there like that? You scared the hell out of me!"
Olive sat in the lotus position on his bed, her entire body cloaked in a white blanket. Instead of replying immediately, she stood up, walking toward him with an expression that teetered between annoyance and concern.
"You looked like a ghost!" Lucas continued and heaved a heavy sigh.
"Almost thought you weren’t coming back," Olive muttered, her arms crossed. "You didn’t reply to any of my texts. A simple call would’ve been enough."
Lucas blinked in confusion. "I was having a serious conversation with Mark and Aiden. I didn’t mean to ignore you."
"Even so, a quick reply wouldn’t take more than a second," she replied, clearly irritated. "Mark and Aiden would’ve understood."
Lucas’s heart fluttered. "Wait...were you that worried about me? Is that why you didn’t go to bed?"
"Don’t get your hopes up," Olive retorted, rolling her eyes. "I was worried about all three of you. I texted Mark and Aiden too, but neither of them replied. Aiden has cancer, Lucas. He shouldn’t be out this late he needs to rest but thank goodness you’re all back now."
Lucas, taken aback by her concern, walked up to his bed and sat down on it, hiding a smile. "I see... And yeah, their phones were on silent. That’s why."
As he lowered his head, Olive approached, holding a small parcel in her hand. "Here. It’s for you."
Lucas looked up, confused. "What’s this?"
"Happy belated birthday, Lucas," Olive said softly, extending the parcel toward him. "I didn’t realize we shared the same birth month and date. I couldn’t get you a gift then, so here it is now."
For a moment, Lucas just stared at her, unable to speak. His eyes traveled from her face to her lips, his mind racing with thoughts of kissing her. "You didn’t have to get me a gift. I told you that already." He said. Although he wanted to unwrap Olive’s gift badly but he just want to tease her for a while.
"I wanted to," she replied firmly, still holding the parcel out. "You deserve a gift for your birthday."
Lucas frowned slightly, his gaze narrowing. "I’ve had enough gifts from families and others and besides, you didn’t accept my gift. Why should I accept yours?"
Olive’s expression hardened, though she suppressed her frustration. "If you don’t want it because it’s too cheap for you, fine. I’ll just return it to the store." She turned to leave, but Lucas grabbed her wrist, pulling her onto his lap.
"Lucas!" Olive tried to protest, but before she could say more, he flipped her onto the bed, hovering over her. His intense gaze locked onto hers.
"What exactly do you want from me, Lucas?" she whispered, her voice shaky. Her hands instinctively covered her mouth, afraid he might kiss her.
"I want you," Lucas responded bluntly, his eyes still locked with hers. "I’ve always wanted you."
"Please get up," Olive muttered, trying to push him away. But Lucas didn’t move, her hands pressing against the firm muscles of his abs, clearly visible under his blue shirt. "I’m not in for this behavior tonight please."
"Do you want to know what really happened that night?" Lucas asked, his voice low, drawing her deeper into the moment.
Olive’s eyes widened, her curiosity piqued. "What happened?"
Lucas smiled mischievously. "Will you be my girlfriend if I tell you?"
Olive’s expression shifted to one of irritation. "Just get off me if you’re not going to tell me!" she huffed, continuing to push against his chest, though he remained unfazed.
"What if I told you we had sex that night?" Lucas whispered, his words sending a wave of shock through Olive’s entire body. "You pulled off your gown and started straddling me, kissing me, stroking my c**k and even sucked it."
Her eyes widened in disbelief. Memories of that night slowly began to surface, her pulling off her gown, straddling him, kissing him. But there were gaps, parts she couldn’t remember clearly.
"I did all that?" she asked shakily, her voice thick with emotion. Tears welled up in her eyes. "I really did all that?"
There was a long pause before Lucas finally replied, "Yes, you did. You surprised me. You’re really naughty when you’re drunk, Olive," he added, his tone playful but serious. "And I loved it. I love when you’re like that."
Tears began streaming down Olive’s face. "I was drunk. You should’ve stopped me, Lucas. I didn’t even remember any of it until now. Why didn’t you stop me? I still don’t remember all the details."
Lucas’s expression didn’t change. "Because I wanted it too. I didn’t think about how you’d feel in the morning. I was selfish I know but I enjoyed that night. It’s an unforgettable one"
"Just shut up please! Olive yelled, with anger etched in her voice. Don’t say anything again please. Just answer this one question I’m going to ask now and please be serious. The question is that did...did we...?" Olive hesitated, her voice trembling. "Did we really have sex that night or you’re just pulling my legs? Please be truthful?"
Lucas remained silent for a moment, his eyes softening as he looked down at her. "What do you think?"
