Depraved Noble: Forced To Live The Debaucherous Life Of An Evil Noble!
Chapter 246 - 246: I Didn't Bring Any Makeup!

The sky glowed a soft orange as dusk settled over the edge of Ashbirch Forest, the sun sinking low, ready to vanish within the hour. Julie, Aisha, and Skadi waited at the meeting point, the air cool and sharp with the scent of pine and damp earth.

Two horses stood nearby, their saddles weighed down with supplies as Julie checked the packs, her hands deftly tightening straps. Skadi hung upside down from a tree branch, her legs hooked over it, swaying gently as she gazed at the sunset with a goofy grin, humming a tuneless song.

Aisha on the other hand, paced restlessly, her arms crossed, a scowl creeping across her face as she scanned the horizon, her wand tapping against her thigh.

Finally, Aisha's patience broke, her voice sharp as she threw her hands up. "Where in the world is Cassius? He's late!...We agreed to meet a hour before dusk, and it's past time. What's he doing, twiddling his thumbs somewhere?" She huffed, kicking a pebble into the grass. "This is why nobles are so infuriating. They act like their time's more valuable than ours, showing up whenever they please, no respect for anyone else's schedule. Typical!"

Julie glanced up from the horses, her smile faint but amused as she tucked a rope into a saddlebag.

"Calm down, Aisha. He's only five minutes late. No need to make a fuss." She straightened, brushing her hands on her pants. "Honestly, it's a wonder a noble like Cassius is even coming. Most of them wouldn't dream of stepping onto a battlefield. They'd rather lounge in their grand estates, signing documents or sipping wine at some fancy banquet. So, give him a little slack."

Aisha's scowl deepened, her voice grumbling as she leaned against a tree. "It's still annoying. I bet he's off wrestling with some woman in bed right now, doing all sorts of indecent things, not a care in the world while we're out here waiting like fools."

Her words revealed the true sting, not just his tardiness, but the mental image of Cassius tangled up with his wives, leaving her to stew like some forgotten side piece. Her fingers tightened around her wand, her irritation masking a deeper frustration.

Skadi, still dangling from the tree, tilted her head, her grin sly as she fixed Aisha with a teasing look.

"Wow, you're super cranky, Aisha. It's completely different to how you looked earlier, looking all excited seeing that master was coming with us."

Her voice was playful, but her words poked at Aisha's secret excitement, the thrill of Cassius joining their journey, a change from the usual trio or Holy Guard missions, a chance to show off and maybe catch his eye.

Hearing this, Aisha spun, her voice a flustered snap as she pointed at Skadi. "T-That's nonsense! You're making things up! Why would I be excited about him tagging along?"

"He's just extra baggage, some needy noble who'll probably complain the whole way, demanding this or that, never quiet. I don't want him here, so stop spinning tales!" Her cheeks flushed, her denial too loud to be convincing.

"Nuh, uh, I know the truth." Skadi shook her head, her grin widening as she swayed on the branch. "I saw you slippin' that little makeup kit into your bag. Don't know what it is exactly, but it's makeup, alright. Bet you're plannin' to doll yourself up for Master, huh?" Her voice was sing-song, her eyes sparkling with mischief.

"Makeup?!" Aisha's face burned, her voice pitching up as she clutched her sack tighter. "You're imagining things, Skadi! I didn't pack any makeup, not a single speck!"

Her eyes darted to Julie, who'd paused her work, a knowing smile spreading across her face as she looked at Aisha like an older sister spotting a crush.

"Really, Aisha?" Julie asked, her voice gentle but teasing. "You never bother with makeup, not even for official drills. So, if you brought some on this trip, maybe Skadi's got a point and maybe you're really trying to catch Cassius's eye?" Her smile was warm, her tone playful, but it hit Aisha like a spotlight.

"Absolutely not!" Aisha shook her head, her voice frantic as she hugged her bag to her chest. "Skadi's lying, I swear! There's no makeup in here, and I'm not trying to impress anybody!" Her denial wavered, her fingers digging into the sack as if guarding a secret.

Seeing this, Skadi flipped off the branch, landing lightly on her feet, her voice gleeful as she sauntered toward Aisha. "Oh, yeah? Then lemme check your bag. If there's no makeup, you got nothin' to hide, right? I'll prove it!" She reached out, her grin daring Aisha to back down.

Aisha yelped, brandishing her claws like a weapon, her voice a warning. "Back off, mutt, or I'll claw your nose clean off! You'll lose that sniffing power you're so proud of, I promise!" She retreated, her eyes wide, ready to fend Skadi off as the two squared up, looking ready to tussle.

Seeing that they were about to fight again, Julie stepped forward, her voice calm but firm. "Alright, you two, that's—"

But she stopped short, her head turning as footsteps crunched through the underbrush. The trio turned only to see Cassius approaching, his silhouette sharp against the fading light, a lazy smile on his face as he raised a hand in greeting.

"Well, well." Cassius said, his voice a smooth drawl as he strolled closer wearing the same white silk shirt and black pants he usually wore, not even seeming to care that they were going on a mission. "Looks like I walked into a brawl. What's got you ladies so fired up?" His eyes twinkled with amusement, his gaze flicking between Aisha's flustered scowl and Skadi's cheeky grin.

And seeing her master finally arrive, Skadi's head snapped up, her argument with Aisha forgotten as she twisted and sprinted toward him, her tail wagging furiously.

"Master!" She cried, her voice dripping with affection, her arms flinging around his waist as she pressed herself against him, her cheek nuzzling his chest. "I missed you so much! I couldn't wait to see you!" Her warmth seeped into him, her scent a blend of leather and wildflowers, her heart racing with the joy of his presence after those lonely hours apart.

Cassius's laugh was warm, his hand settling on her head, fingers ruffling her hair before sliding to her cheek, his touch gentle but possessive. "I am happy to see you too, puppy." He said, his tone soft but teasing, his thumb brushing her skin, sparking a flutter in her chest. "But it has only been a few hours since we last met. Why are you acting as if we have been apart for days?"

Skadi leaned into his hand, her body swaying closer, her fingers clutching his coat as she whined softly, her voice thick with longing. "Hours, days, it doesn't matter, Master. Bein' without you for even a moment makes me feel so lonely, like a puppy missin' her owner."

Her tail swished, her heart swelling with the comfort of his touch, the ache of separation fading as she pressed herself tighter against him, craving his warmth.

Hearing this, Cassius's fingers caught her cheeks, giving them a gentle tug, his voice a low purr as he leaned closer, his breath warm against her skin. "Gods, you are adorable, Skadi. My little puppy, unable to stand being away from her Master for a single second, hmm?" His thumbs stroked her cheeks, his touch igniting a spark of delight in her, her body tingling where his hands lingered.

"You know, I feel the same as well. It pains me when I cannot see that goofy smile of yours. Makes everything dull." He then bent down, his lips grazing her ear, his voice dropping to a husky whisper, sending a shiver through her. "So, how about you become my real puppy, then? I will buy you a collar, a leash, keep you at my house. Feed you, walk you, and..." His words turned sly, his breath tickling her skin. "We will have plenty of fun at night, as well. Are you willing, my sexy little pup?"

Skadi's breath hitched, her body coiling with a rush of heat, her fingers tightening on his shirt as she squirmed, her heart pounding at his brazen offer.

"M-Master." She stammered, her voice a shy whimper, her eyes flicking to Julie and Aisha, who stood by the horses, watching from a distance. "I...I wouldn't mind bein' your puppy, honest. A collar from you? I'd love it." Her tail wagged, her body leaning closer, craving his scent, but she glanced at her companions, her voice softening with duty. "But I got my work with the Holy Guard. Can't just leave 'em. But still...when I visit your mansion, I'll be your puppy, do whatever you want."

Her words were earnest, her gaze shy but eager, her skin tingling where his fingers lingered, her heart fluttering with the promise of his words.

Cassius's laugh was rich, his hands tugging her cheeks again, his touch playful but firm, his voice brimming with delight. "That is my girl." He said, his fingers brushing her skin, making her giggle as she let him pull at her face, her tail swishing with joy, her heart soaring at his approval.

But that was suddenly interrupted when Aisha's voice sliced through their moment, sharp and exasperated as she stomped forward, her wand jabbing the air.

"You two! How long are you going to dawdle? Stop playing around and get over here! We are wasting time!" Her fingers twitched, her irritation crackling, her heart stung by the sight of their closeness, a twinge of jealousy she refused to name.

Seeing this, Cassius tilted his head, giving Skadi a sidelong glance, his voice low and amused as his hand lingered on her shoulder, his thumb brushing her collarbone. "What has Aisha so worked up? She sounds grouchier than a starved bear. What is her deal?" His touch was casual but intimate, sending a shiver through Skadi.

"She's just mad you kept her waitin', Master. Don't mind her. Little cat's too impatient, gettin' all fussy over nothin'." Her tail flicked, her words light but pointed, her body relaxed against his, savoring the warmth of his presence.

Aisha's eyes flashed, her voice a snap as she pointed at Skadi, her wand trembling in her grip. "Shut up, mutt!" She then turned to Cassius, her tone commanding, like a drill sergeant dressing down a recruit. "And this is a serious mission, Cassius, and you are arriving late of all things. What is your excuse for keeping us waiting?"

Cassius's smile turned wry, his hand sliding from Skadi's shoulder as he shifted his stance "I really don't think you would want to hear my reason, Aisha." He said, his tone hinting at mischief. "It isn't the most decent thing, and I suspect you would be angrier after hearing it."

Aisha's cheeks warmed, her heart skipping as she caught his implication, her mind flashing to his earlier boasts about his wives. She knew exactly what he was hinting at, but her curiosity burned, a nagging urge to know more despite her embarrassment, so she huffed, crossing her arms, her voice defiant but shaky.

"I don't care about those matters too much, Cassius. Just say the truth, I can handle it." Her wand tapped her arm, her posture stiff, her heart racing with anticipation.

"Alright, you asked for it." Cassius shrugged, his smile turning lewd. "I was actually quite organized, not planning to be late at all. I made sure each of my wives and maids got their fair share of time in bed. I gave it to them hard, made sure they were all thoroughly satisfied, so they would not miss me for a whole week all the while keeping a tight schedule."

His words rolled out, unapologetic, his hand gesturing vaguely as if discussing the weather to which Julie's hand flew to her mouth, a cough masking her flush, while Aisha's wand nearly slipped, her face burning.

But Cassius kept going, his voice taking on a dramatic edge, his hand raking through his hair.

"But then I hit a snag with Isabelle. I thought I was done with her, but she wouldn't quit. She kept begging for more, wanting me to pleasure her until she could not move. No matter how hard I went, how many times, even when she was weak she still kept on asking for it like a bottomless pit of pleasure that couldn't be filled."

He sighed, his tone theatrical, as if it were his burden to bear.

"The sweet girl used to be so innocent, but now? She is a damn succubus, naughtiest in the house. If I didn't have the stamina I do, she would have drained me dry, left me a husk."

"...So, if you're going to blame anyone for me coming late, then blame her. She the entire reason behind your frustration."

"E-Enough!" Aisha's voice erupted, shrill and flustered as she waved her hands. "I said I wanted to know why you were late, not...not all those vulgar details! You didn't need to make it so crude!" Her wand shook in her grip, her cheeks blazing, her heart pounding with embarrassment and a strange, nagging curiosity.

Julie, her flush fading, meanwhile stared at Cassius, her mind reeling. Was this the same Isabelle she knew, poised, obedient, stunningly elegant?

The thought of her transformed into some insatiable temptress under Cassius's influence was jarring, yet oddly believable. His charm, his...techniques, could twist anyone, and it made her wary, her fingers brushing her sword hilt as if to ground herself.

Cassius chuckled, his voice light as his gaze swept over the group. "Vulgar? It's just the truth, Aisha. Like I said we earlier, I've got the responsibility of making sure that everyone in my household is happy."

"...Now, Julie, what is the plan? Are we riding out tonight, or what?"

Julie snapped out of her thoughts, her voice steady as she nodded. "We are ready to go, Cassius. Horses are packed, route is set. We will ride through the night, make camp a bit later. Are you good with that?"

Cassius nodded, his smile easy. "Sounds good. Let's hit the road." His hand brushed Skadi's back, a quick, affectionate touch, as he moved toward the horses, ready to dive into the mission, leaving Aisha's flustered protests and Julie's quiet wariness in his wake.
