Demon Hunter and His Cabin
Chapter 507 - Chapter 507 Chapter 486 Entry (Two in One)_2

Chapter 507: Chapter 486: Entry (Two in One)_2 Chapter 507: Chapter 486: Entry (Two in One)_2 Different metals can be merged to forge powerful weapons, Roger hadn’t thought that in the Transcendent World there would actually be people who could use different attributes of Cursed Items to forge weapons and hold rituals.

Indeed, the things created in this way are powerful enough.

Gaharad is one of the most obvious examples.

The information involved is extensive, and although the Hunter’s Cabin is powerful, it cannot create things out of nothing; nevertheless, Roger still discerned something from it.

The modifications to Gaharad mainly focused on the head, shoulders, torso, and legs.

These major areas are separate from one another, yet they faintly form a whole, but Roger always felt that Gaharad lacked something crucial.

It made her seem incomplete.

Because of the gaps in the soul and spirit, Uma, after merging with Gaharad’s shadow, had helped Roger address some memory issues.

Coming to the Mist Hut, Roger changed his appearance to initiate the ritual, trying to contact Gawain.

After much consideration, he decided to join Gawain’s team.

Roger always felt this fellow wouldn’t die so easily, the power that erupted from his body as he fled made Roger think of that figure in the Shadow World.

Even just a slight connection, or possibility, was enough for Roger to choose Gawain.

If this fellow really had contact with the Elder of Shadows, then after entering that world, he might find a way to locate the Elder of Shadows in the shortest time.

With that in mind, Roger was willing to take the risk of joining Gawain’s team.

To his surprise, Roger got no response when he initiated the ritual; he tried several times, but in the end, it was like casting stones into the sea.

“Has that guy actually died?”

The next day, unwilling to wait any longer, Roger found a way to contact Goway.

With his disguise ready, Roger set off for Goway’s family’s territory.

The clock shop carriage, Roger was a frequent visitor.

The Gathering Place was tranquil, the ordinary family members living there had no idea a drastic change was about to come.

Seeing Roger, Goway’s previously furrowed brows finally relaxed.

“I thought you wouldn’t come.”

“What about the others?” Roger was most concerned about Tamara.

“They’re near the channel. After consolidating it over the past few days, the channel has stabilized completely, and we will open it tomorrow morning.”

“You’ve arrived just in time.”

Just the right time, huh? If we’re departing tomorrow morning, that means…

“Where am I going to stay tonight?”

This was an important question.

Goway turned around, not answering the question posed by Roger.

Well, looks like I asked a dumb question.

A great battle was coming, and as the first significant fight after entering the Third Tier, with the hopes and mission of the family riding on her, Goway was tense all over.

It was only upon Roger’s arrival that she truly relaxed.

The next morning, on the way to the channel, Roger had to endure the odd looks of others; he even began to suspect Goway’s true purpose for letting him join this battle…

Was to decompress.

Similarly, the ridiculousness between the two of them was not without benefits. When they arrived near the channel, Tamara didn’t show any doubt about Roger’s presence.

He even felt that Tamara greatly approved of some of Goway’s actions.

Maybe she also likes to do this before a fight?

But Roger couldn’t find Tamara’s partner.

He only saw her tall stature, and a goat sitting beneath her.

It was probably a goat.

Four hooves and a pair of horns, that was all that the creature had in common with a goat. Although it didn’t speak, Roger always felt that the creature seemed to possess great intelligence.

The mountain was snow-white, the entire summit was enveloped by an Array, and the whole Secret Blood Family had sent a team of about 10 people.

Unfortunately, including Roger and Goway, there were only four who truly reached the Third Tier; the rest were uniformly Second Tier.

Apart from a few too old individuals who were more symbolic than practical, that was the entire foundation of the Secret Blood Family.

Contrasting with them was the Nature Association led by Tamara.

Aside from Tamara, a Tier Four, there were four Third Tier Druids and three Witches.

The strength of these seven Third Tier members was not too strong, the most formidable being only comparable to Gaheris.

That was an indication of the might of the Knights.

Leading Europe for a hundred years was not simple.

“Let’s begin.”

With everything in place, Tamara gave the order.

“Teacher, once the Array is activated, the fluctuations from tearing through space will certainly spread out. Our arrangements outside can only conceal it for a short while,” Krus, Tamara’s disciple, couldn’t help but remind her.

“Withdraw the concealing Array,” Tamara instructed.

“That thing would affect the stability of the teleportation, now that it’s come to this, what can the Knights do if they come to know?”

“If the Round Table Knight Order can become the center of Europe, then why can’t our Nature Association?”

“Lady Corinna has grown old, her life is nearing its end, and she doesn’t want to risk anymore.”

Tamara’s gaze swept over everyone’s faces.

“But we still have a chance.”

“If we lack even this resolve, how do we face the Round Table Knight Order?”

She spread her arms wide, and green energy spread out, encompassing the outer Array which was broken, with the channel’s fluctuations being unrestrainedly released.

“Let’s begin.”

She said again.

This time, everyone had a determined look on their faces.

Roger couldn’t help but nod, Tamara might look rough, even more masculine than men, but her thoughts were not as crude as her appearance suggested.

Around the Array, four druids and two witches stood, their chanting and the fluctuations of their spirits mingling together, and the entire Snow Mountain seemed to tremble along with them.

Hum!

The ground shook and the mountains trembled, space was torn apart, and just at that moment, Tamara suddenly appeared in the middle of the Array, with a staff entwined with roots now in her hands.

Placing the staff in the center of the Array, the gem at the top absorbed the surrounding energy, which, after transformation, was injected into the torn-open crack.

In an instant, the pathway was forcibly wrenched open, followed by a green path that penetrated the void!

At the end of the path was not the dark castle Roger had imagined, but a world teeming with life.

Tamara, riding the goat beneath her, was the first to enter the pathway, followed by her disciple Krus and several other druids.

Then came the witches.

Last were the members of the Secret Blood Family.

Goway’s family had not dispatched any Low-Tier Transcendents, and the two of them were last in line, with Goway leading Roger to the entrance of the passage.

She took a long breath, seemingly intending to clear away all distractions in her mind.

“This is the last chance, you can still back out now,”

Goway said softly, her back to Roger.

Roger smiled.

“So… you asked me to come, just to sleep with me?”

At this moment, Roger felt like he was being used as a tool.

“Of course not.”

Goway turned her head and gave a beaming smile.

She still looked like a little girl, but seeing Goway’s smile, Roger’s heart inexplicably skipped a beat.

“Damn it, I’m actually finding her current appearance quite attractive.”

Roger suppressed the evil thoughts stirring within him.

Goway took the initiative to grab Roger’s palm.

“Let’s go in!”

She stepped forward.

“To take control of our own destiny.”

Goway’s voice came through.

“We need to make it out alive.”

“The night that’s even more wonderful than last night is always the next one, don’t you think?”

“Alright.”

Roger couldn’t help but give a wry smile.

“I really am just a tool.”

As Tamara and the others entered the passage, in a certain part of Eld’s forest, Green led the remaining few Round Table Knights and members of the Sorcerer’s Assembly into a spatial channel.

“Gaharad, you didn’t have to come.”

Before departing, Green said.

“I have reasons I must go.”

“Alright.” Green nodded, but a hard-to-detect glint flashed in his eyes.

Just then, a woman with platinum blonde hair suddenly looked up, her gaze fixed on a certain spot in the sky.

“Someone else has opened a spatial channel.”

“Quite restless, aren’t they?” A mocking glint crossed her eyes.

“Lady Angela, it’s our turn.”

Margaret stepped forward and spoke softly.

Angela nodded, passing her a meaningful look.
