Death… And Me -
Chapter 3553: Order Accepted
Chapter 3553: Order Accepted
"Hum?" Rean didn’t pay attention to all the newly arrived experts. Instead, he noticed something right in the center of his chest. "What is this?"
He wasn’t the only one. Roan and the others noticed the same thing. Right there, they saw a green light. Nothing big, but easily visible. Rean tried to get it with his hand, but his hand passed right through it. The thing obviously wasn’t made of physical materials. "Is it some kind of energy?"
Their Divine Sense could perceive its existence, but they couldn’t move it out of their chests. Looking around, their group saw that all the experts appearing nearby had the same green light on their chests. It seemed a trait acquired with their arrival at the Celestial Supreme Palace.
"Hey, look at those over there," Kentucky pointed out.
Their eyes turned in that direction, and they saw that the experts there also had the lights on their chests. However, theirs were not green. Instead, they were red. Using Divine Sense to check on those also showed that those red lights gave a different feeling from the green ones.
The twins’ group obviously wasn’t the only one to notice it. Everyone there noticed the lights, and they also noticed different light colors everywhere. In total, there were seven different colors, each color giving a different feeling. Green, blue, yellow, white, black, red, and purple. The twins wondered for a moment if that was related to cultivation talents, like back in the Lisan Universe.
However, that idea immediately disappeared from their minds. That’s because their Divine Senses noticed another thing. They could tell what cultivation each expert there has. There were plenty of Divinity Realm experts, and the chances of so many having low-talent levels, like the yellow color, were just too ridiculous.
"This is not very good," Elsie commented. "Everyone has their cultivation suppressed to the Transition Realm, but we can still identify each expert’s real cultivation level. We are standing out like sore thumbs here."
Elsie was right. Quite a few eyes landed on the twins’ group, as they had many Elemental Space Realm experts, and only a single Space-Time Realm Spirit. The number of experts below the Space-Time Realm in that place was pitifully low. Pretty much everyone was at least in the Space-Time Realm or above.
Some snorted in disdain, others laughed before ignoring them. They no doubt were thinking that the twins’ group probably stumbled on their portrait and kept it hidden all this time. Yet, now that they are here, they are pretty much done for. Any other group could definitely destroy them. Perhaps they would actually be forced to fly ahead to test the waters for stronger groups.
Well, the twins’ group completely ignored those eyes. Instead, they were thinking about the light on their chests. "Is this what I think it is?" Rean asked.
Roan pondered a bit and nodded. "We are outside the Universe, aren’t we? These are probably some kind of identification-"
Roan wasn’t even able to finish his words before someone flew to the center and used his Divine Energy to speak with the tens of thousands of experts around. He had to do it, as the bell on the top of the palace hasn’t stopped yet. "I’m Gancliju, of the Dread Ship Sect, and I came from the F951 Universe. I know a lot of the Divinity Realm experts who have Yellow Lights like me. The other Divinity Realm experts with different colors, however, I’ve never seen before. Could it be you are all from other Universes?"
"Sure enough," Roan nodded, but he didn’t talk to the guy. There would definitely be someone else to speak for their Universe.
A moment later, a Camazotz Bat of the Supreme Palace stepped forward, joining that man.
"It’s Elder Zick!" Rifindio recognized the Camazotz Bat straight away.
Zick didn’t notice Rifindio, obviously. He just spoke for his Universe like Gancliju did. "I’m Zick, from the Universe F956. What is happening here? I’ve never heard about other Universes coming to the Celestial Supreme Palace at the same time."
The experts from the controlling powers of the other five Universes also came forward. From the looks of it, the Universes F949 up to F956 were all here, seven Universes, seven colors. As close number Universes, they could also be found near each other, kind of neighbors in the Werdlem Empire.
It was no secret to the Camazotz Bats before that the Celestial Supreme Palace appeared outside, but they didn’t expect to find other Universes here. And, from the looks of it, neither did the other Universes.
Besides, each of them called this place by a different name. The twins’ Universe called it the Celestial Supreme Palace. The Dread Ship Sect guy with the Yellow Light called this place the Outer Reach Kingdom. Those with Red Light referred to it as the Celestial Golden Gate. In the end, the fact was that no one REALLY knew what this place was called, and they all gave their own names to it.
The twins’ group watched as those experts discussed this issue. Well, it wasn’t of much use. It wasn’t like either of them would simply say ’okay, we are leaving then, good luck’ or some shit like that. If anything, the fact that so many Universes appeared in this place at once is probably a signal that something big would happen this time.
At that moment, one of them commented how their Universe Owner reached the Celestial Realm because of this place, which surprised the rest. Why? Because the Universe owners of all of their Universes were the same. They all reached the Celestial Realm in this palace! ...or whatever the name each of them used for this place was.
They began to wonder if they should set some rules, which was even more meaningless. However, the twins’ group didn’t have time to watch the discussion. That’s because a group from their Universe approached.
Looking at them, the twins noticed that four were in the Divinity Realm, with the other six in the Space-Time Realm.
"Can we help you?" Rean asked with a smile.
"Hmph!" The leader of that group, a Divinity Realm Peak Stage Expert, waved his hand and covered the twins’ group with his laws of fire. The temperature rose sharply, and it would be hard for any Transition Realm to resist that for long. "You have one choice. Do as I say, or die here."
Elsie couldn’t help but get nervous. It ended just like she thought it would. How would they deal with this now? Yet...
"Okay!" Rean accepted it without thinking twice.
