Death… And Me
Chapter 3528: Who’s That Guy?

Chapter 3528: Who’s That Guy?

Kentucky sighed, but he kept himself in a state of readiness to run. His eyes continued to pry the ground, and he saw how the Divine Realm experts reached the Yellow Light first. Kentucky wasn’t as fast due to his cultivation, but he definitely could see their movements, as he himself was even faster in the past.

"Three of the Divinity Realm guys surrounded the Yellow Light and cast some kind of Divine Energy Net," he commented on the events below. "The Yellow Light retracted. Seems like it is a Spirit, I don’t know which race, though. He looks like a badger, although in spiritual form."

"A badger?" Rean pondered a bit. He couldn’t remember any spirit that looked like badgers. But then again, there were countless spirit races he had never seen before. "Keep watching."

Down below, the badger’s Divine Energy gathered, and it took the form of a sickle, although very small. Then, even without being able to see from this far, Rean felt it, the Weapon Intent.

The Badger’s energy sickle seemed to become thousands, each one carrying a Sickle Intent of a level no lower than Rean and Roan’s. No, it was actually stronger! They slashed in all directions, destroying the Divine Energy Net the Divinity Realm experts threw at him.

Roan, who was watching it from within the Dimensional Realm, couldn’t help but feel impressed. ’Could this be the next level of intent?’ He wondered.

The badger, even though at an overwhelming disadvantage, fought with all his strength, trying to get free from those experts. Of course, Kentucky wasn’t an idiot. He could tell that the Divinity Realm experts were holding back, afraid of causing any serious damage to that badger spirit. Were it not for that, they could have taken down that spirit a long time ago.

More of those experts appeared, and the Space-Time Realm ones joined from afar. More and more of those Divine Energy Nets were thrown at speeds that anyone below that level could only dream of escaping.

Kentucky recounted every movement, and he even felt slightly nervous. There were more and more of those experts arriving, and Divinity Realm alone there were five of them already! "Rean, this is too risky! We should leave! With this many Divine Senses, your Divine Sense Bending should be strugling to bend them all."

Yes, Kentucky was right. If it was just one Divinity Realm guy, Rean was confident he could still bend his much stronger Divine Sense down to 30 kilometers of distance. However, there were so many that his bending already began to show signs of being penetrated.

Rean sighed. ’Alright, let’s leave.’

However...

*Zush!*

Roan suddenly appeared outside. "You two leave. Go far away from this place. I’m going to use you two."

Rean was taken aback. "Are you going to save the badger? Why?"

"You can’t expect me to see the next level of Intent and pretend it doesn’t exist," Roan explained.

Rean found it strange. "Why bother? We can simply try to learn it from someone else."

"Hmph!" Roan looked at Rean with disdain. "Try to feel the other Weapon Intents down below, especially the Divinity Realm Experts’ Intents."

Rean narrowed his eyes and concentrated on all the Weapon Intents he could feel instead of the Weapon Intent of the Badger alone. "This..."

Surprise was written on his face in the next moment. All the Weapon Intents from the Space-Time and Divinity Realm experts were, at most, at the same level as the twins. Not all the experts down there used weapons, but those who did had their weapon intents. Nonetheless, the only weapon intent that surpassed the fifth level was the badger spirit’s one. "That can’t be! This is the Center of the Divine Realm. How come not even the Divinity Realm experts can use the next level of Intent?"

That was something the twins intended to investigate once they had free time in the Divine Realm. Back in the Mortal Planet, the experts there already had the chance to experience the Fifth Level of Weapon Intent, which the twins simply called True Intent.

First Stage: Weapon Intent Seed;

Second Stage: Stable Ethereality;

Third Stage: Call of the Weapons;

Fourth Stage: Weapon Aura;

Fifth Stage: True Intent.

Considering they already learned it back in the Mortal Realm, Rean and Roan always thought the top experts in the Divine Realm would have comprehended the sixth, seventh, or an even higher level of Weapon Intent. Yet, lo and behold, those are the Divinity Realm Experts of the Center of the Divine Realm, and the highest level of intent was the same as the twins’, just the Fifth Stage. No wonder Roan’s attention was caught and Rean was shocked.

"Won’t you be killed straight away if you get too close?" Rean calmed down, asking.

Roan shook his head. "I can just pretend to be a bystander. The direction the badger is trying to flee is pretty obvious; just get away from here."

However, Rean didn’t let Roan do it. "No, you and Kentucky go. Roan, you are terrible at pretending. We have a higher chance with me there instead."

Roan glanced at Rean, but he nodded in the end. He never denied that he wasn’t good at those things. At least not as good as Rean. It is all about the art of shamelessness. "Fine! Kentucky, let’s go."

Roan landed on Kentucky’s back before the Minokawa shot into the distance with all his strength.

Meanwhile, Rean couldn’t see the situation below since Kentucky wasn’t there with him. Nonetheless, he could see the flashes of energy, and that was enough for him to know where to go. A playful smile appeared on his face, and he shot down in another direction.

The Badger continued to fight, and his Divine Energy was being used nonstop. "You fuckers, leave me alone!"

Thousands of small sickles appeared, shooting in all directions. Those in the Space-Time Realm didn’t dare look down on those seemingly weak Divine Energy Weapons, dodging or blocking them with everything they had. Yet, quite a few of them were still injured; some had their protections slashed through like they were nothing, and others simply couldn’t dodge in time. What was impressive was that the badger had a similar cultivation to theirs!

The only ones who weren’t as afraid were the Five Divinity Realm experts. Their cultivations were higher, so they could simply use brute force to defend and continue to harass the badger spirit. "Ranka, stop this meaningless struggle. You have no way of escaping!"

"Hmph!" Ranka, obviously the Badger Spirit, didn’t seem to care. "And be a slave? No, thank you."

Ranka continued to force his way through, determined to escape or die trying.

Then, a few minutes later, when his Divine Energy was almost running out, one of the Space-Time Experts noticed something in the path Ranka was taking. "Uh? Who’s that guy?"
