Chapter 89: Propose

"Andrew, you come so fast?" Mel was confused to see Andrew come to pick her up an hour ahead of their schedule. "What’s wrong?" Mel sat beside him, and instantly, she was in Andrew’s arms. She was stunned for a moment before she raised her hand to hug him... "Andrew, is anything alright?" She asked worriedly.

A moment later, Andrew releases her. He kisses her cheeks gently then starts the car, looking forward without answering her.

Mel still stares at him, trying to read what’s on his mind. But she couldn’t.

He smiled at her to reassure her to not worry... "How’s your day, Mel?" He asks her.

"Fantastic! We are now getting the Bank Digital Permit." She smiled at him then added, "Thanks to you, Andrew." Andrew smiled back to her while, with one hand, he tapped her head lightly.

Mel continued... "Hiro and his team are busy arranging launch day. They plan to launch at the end of the month. So, maybe I will also be busy helping them."

Andrew is happy to hear Mel’s company has made fast progress.

"Andrew, where are we going?" Mel is curious because Andrew brings her to an unfamiliar road. They are heading to the top of the Mountain Misty. The road is in opposite directions from Andrew’s family mansion in the mountain district.

"To my house." He said calmly.

’Another house?’ She was speechless because this man is indeed rich. He has many properties.

After driving for around 30 minutes, they arrived at the top of Mountain Misty. Not long after, Mel saw a big black solid gate. There was a sign on the right corner of the gate that wrote "Blackstone." Then the car is stopped right in front of the entrance. Within seconds, the gate opens automatically.

Mel is curious and in awe to see the view before her eyes...

Their car is moving slowly through the streets covered by green and lush trees. There is no building, only a beautiful tree. After 5 minutes, the car stops right at the unique mansion.

Mel was stunned with what she saw, a two-story longhouse with a modern rustic facade standing sturdy right before the Clift. A wide field covered in green grass, at some point, she saw flowers neatly arranged and starting to bloom, very beautiful.

They were on top of the mountain. There was no other building around Andrew and Mel except for the mansion in front of them. Mel is very sure this Misty Mountain belongs to Andrew. She couldn’t help but chuckle in her mind, remembering that the man now holding her hand was indeed a billionaire.

They walked side by side into the house, and there was no one to greet them. There are alone in the house. Luckily the place is spotless. She didn’t see the slightest dust. It seems the house is thoroughly cleaned every day.

Mel saw a wide-open room without a partition with vast glass windows rising to the high ceiling directly facing a breathtaking view outside. Mel only saw green trees and Bern mountains at the far end as far as the eye could see.

The room was huge. Near the large glass window, Mel saw the light-gray L-shaped sofas and lots of cushions with beautiful covers and blankets folded neatly at the end of the couch. In front of the couch, there is a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. Mel was sure this room was the living room.

The use of parquet floors in the room makes the atmosphere feel warmer. Then, on the other side of the room, a staircase goes directly to the second floor. And under the stairs, parallel to the living room, there is a modern kitchen complete with a dining table that is not too big with only 4 seats.

"Andrew, the view from here is wonderful. I don’t feel like I’m in J city, I feel like I’m in Switzerland..." said Mel with her eyes still fixed on the Bern Mountain at the end."

"Hmm... do you like it?" Andrew is standing beside her with his two hands tug in his trouser pocket.

She didn’t answer him right away.

They stood side by side in silence, enjoying the stunning view before their eyes. Not long after, Mel turned her gaze to Andrew. He is now looking at her with loving eyes, which is different from his usual look when there are people around them.

For a moment she was amazed, but a few seconds later she smiled, with her lovely soft voice she said... "Andrew, thanks for bringing me here. I really like this place." her grey eyes shining bright.

Andrew pulled Mel’s waist closer to his body, his eyes looking deep into her grey eyes. They stared at each other. Through their eyes, they expressed their deep love.

"Mel, let’s get married!" Andrew said in a low voice, but it sounded so lovely.

At that moment, Mel felt everything stop. She looked deeper into Andrew’s hazel eyes, trying to figure out if he was really serious or just playing a prank on her. But after a while, Andrew’s eyes remained the same. She could see from the look in his eyes that what he said came from the bottom of his heart.

She felt happy Andrew asked her to get married, she couldn’t answer her, not because she didn’t want to, but her lips felt stiff, from shock. She could only nod and say it through her eyes; ’Yes, Andrew... Let’s get married.’

Mel saw Andrew smile and raise both his hands and gently hold the back of her head. He tilted his head slightly and leaned forward. She could feel his warm breath brushing her face when his lips touched her. It felt so tender, slowly she closed her eyes and felt her heart beat faster. Second, he let go of his trembling lips and moved his face slightly away from her, their eyes still looking at each other.

Her mind was blank. She was lost.

She saw his hazel eyes glowed again, and he kissed her again. This time it was different than before. He pressed his tongue into her tiny mouth and danced inside her, brushing her sweet mouth and tango with her tongue. She felt her heart beat faster and her body heat rise. Andrew’s body was now so close to Mel, she could feel his body heat. His right hand touches Mel’s black hair with smooth strokes, while his left-hand touches Mel’s right arm. Out of nowhere, Mel feels like she has drawn closer to Andrew’s body. Now their body pressed against each other. Andrew and Mel could feel each other’s heartbeat. Their lips are pressed tighter and tighter. Breath they share, like sharing their soul. The love they felt for one another has finally bound their body and soul in a complete circle.

She completely surrendered to follow his lead and touch and kiss. It’s so like ecstasy that she had never experienced anything like this before. Mel is trembling. Her breast and her most private part felt warm and cozy at the same time. Andrew seemed to suck her body and soul as nothing else is existed in this world, only the two of them. After a few minutes, which for Mel’s like seconds, Andrew slowly and gently releases his kiss and move back his body. Mel slowly opens her eyes without moving. He watches Mel’s eyes with love so much, Mel can felt it coming out of his hazel eyes.
