Cassandra is happy to find out Mel has fallen in love. The Icy Girl. She never thought Mel could feel that wonderful feeling.

But Maggie looks at Mel with a mixed feeling. Maggie seems to know something about Mel the other three don’t. Just the morning before the meeting, Maggie was told by her brother a piece of exciting news about Mel. However, she still hesitated to confront Mel about the information. She prefers to wait till Mel tells it to them herself.

Cassandra then asked Mel further about the detail of the relationship Mel is having with. This has made Maggie excited, as she could avoid confronting Mel but still get the information she wanted from Mel’s answers to Cass’s questions. Maggie’s eyes were on Mel, almost staring close up. But once again, Mel just ignored their excitement.

"Mel, come on, please tell us the whole story." Cassandra coaxes Mel. Then glance at Amy, "Amy... did you know your boss has a lover now?" She was sure Amy must know.

Amy was stunned to hear Cassandra’s question. It has been a while since she tried to avoid every conversation about her boss’s private life. Because Amy worried she would reveal her boss’s secret. She just stares at Cass without opening her mouth.

"Cassandra, if Mel isn’t ready to tell now, I think you shouldn’t force her to tell it now..." Suddenly Maggie speaks. Her eyes narrowed at Mel in front of her.

"Maggie? Did you also know Mel is in love with someone? Did you know who that someone is?" Cassandra almost jolted out from her seat.

She couldn’t believe she was the only one who didn’t know Mel already had a partner. For that case, the icy girl who is not interested in a man, or woman, now has a lover. Wait!? Does she have a Boyfriend or a Girlfriend? Suddenly Cassandra felt dizzy with her thoughts.

"Yes, I know Mel is in a serious relationship now...And I was so hurt when I found out she had a boyfriend." Maggie said firmly with her eyes still looking on Mel’s, not in real anger, more like in comical anger. "How could you lie to me?"

Mel froze. She knew by now Maggie would have heard the news of her marriage from Brother Simon. Now she regrets that last night she did not ask Brother Simon to keep this matter a secret.

"Lie?" Cassandra and Amy now looked at Maggie curiously. They were surprised that Maggie was so annoyed with Mel. Why?

"Lie about what?" Amy, who is also curious, asks Maggie.

"Yeah! She lied to me...." A flash of disappointment flashes through Maggie’s eyes.

Mel felt shiver to see her.

Maggie adds, "Mel, why did you lie to me? Was it just to reject my brother?"

"Maggie, listen to me first...." She never thought the way she had rejected Simon had hurt her best friend.

"WAIT!!" Cassandra, who had been confused for a while, suddenly understood what they were talking about. "So, Mel rejected your brother, Simon, and chose another man?"

Maggie answered Cassandra’s question with a nod.

"My God!! This is the first time I met a dumb woman like you, Mel? How could you reject a prince and choose an ordinary man?" Cassandra said.

"Cass, watch your tongue, why don’t you?! I know Mel’s husband, and he is far from an ordinary man as you think!" Amy was suddenly pissed off to hear Cassandra. If only she knew who Mel’s husband was, maybe she would vomit blood by now, Amy thought.

"Oh My... so you are married too? Damn it! I thought you only have a boyfriend... but you are already married? Wow," said Maggie shockingly.

Amy was dumbfounded. She slapped her mouth after inadvertently revealing something that shouldn’t be said. Instantly she wanted to vanish from that room, especially now she felt the look in Mel’s eyes like she wanted to kill her.

"Hahaha, sorry, Boss," Said Amy, laughing at herself. She was then immediately gulping the glass of water in front of her.

Maggie had no idea that Mel was married. Earlier, she thought her brother still had a chance to win Mel’s heart. But, now she heard that Mel was married? Make what she dreamed of instantly disappear.

Mel is still silent. She is speechless.

Now another person knows about her marriage, and this was unplanned and unexpected. She glared at Amy, who revealed her secret. But Amy now ignores her pretending to look at her cell phone. She could only curse her in her mind and make sure to scold her later.

"You’re really not a good friend, Mel. You forgot about us when you got married?" Cassandra said while shaking her head lightly.

"Can you guys listen to my explanation first?" She was starting to be annoyed with the two of them. They haven’t given her a chance to speak.

After seeing her two friends get over their shock, Mel immediately told them about her relationship with Andrew since childhood and to their marriage. "I hope you guys now understand." After almost 30 minutes of telling them about it, she paused and looked Maggie in the eyes.

Mel adds, "Maggie, I’m sorry if I hurt you. However, I never had the slightest intention of hurting you and your brother." Mel moves her hand and holds Maggie’s hand, which is on the table. "At the time, I was not ready to open my heart to another man besides my husband... that’s why I carelessly said that to you. Sorry... Mag"

Maggie just stares at her without a word, but deep inside, she feels a little better because Mel apologized. And she could sense it was sincere.

Mel knows now Maggie isn’t mad at her anymore. She smiles at her before saying, "Maggie, thank you...and I will invite you and Cassandra to attend my wedding at J city on my birthday."

Maggie and Cassandra delight.

"Girl...I thought you had a party without inviting us." Cassandra Crie with joy.

"Mel, thank you for inviting me to the wedding. And yes, I accept your apology..." she laughs.

Mel felt relieved, and she told them about her wedding party plan. Her friends who were angry with her now rejoice in her marriage announcement. She feels blessed.
