The next day.

Today Mel is planning to visit XTeam headquarter. She wants to meet Alex. Mel wants to discuss whether the clues given by Vivian are valid or not. She was very sure that what Vivian said was related to the leaking of data about the whereabouts of the BW7 file.

"Wife, what time are you leaving?" Mel, who woke up in Andrew’s arms, smiled to see her husband still cuddle with her in the bed. She closed her eyes again while tightening her hug, not wanting to wake up.

After a minute, she finally responded to his question... "My appointment with the second brother at 11 AM in the XTeam HQ. Husband, I don’t think I can accompany you to lunch. The discussion might take a while..." Usually, they are always going to lunch together, but today she can’t make it, she feels sorry.

Andrew touched her nose while saying, "It’s okay, but we will have dinner together, right?" Mel nods. Andrew got up from bed and carried his wife to the dining table.

"Wow... you already prepared all of this delicious breakfast?" Mel was stunned when she saw a lot of food on the table. Even though there is no her favorite food, grill meat. She still feels happy to eat and enjoys her husband’s cooking.

"Eat and drink more, dear. You’re going to need it...." He said while watching his wife devour all of the dishes he cooked for her. "Why do you suddenly want to go to X Team Basecamp? Is there a new case?"

Mel shook her head as she put down her spoon before looking at him... "I want to discuss something with brother Alex." She pauses, trying to think of the right words.

"About what?"

"Did you remember a few days ago when I met Vivian in prison?"

Andrew Nods.

Mel continues, "I’m going to discuss the latest information I got from her during that visit. About her reason to approach the Tanner Group. Well, one of her other reasons has something to do with BW7."

Andrew’s eyes flashed with curiosity.

"I’m increasingly curious to know more specifically about BW7... and why it has anything to do with Tanner? Does my Grandfather also know about this?" She asks him.

Mel was confused because when she got the task from Alex to wipe out BW7’s digital footprint, she didn’t read BW7’s content at all. She’s just doing her job to erase the data. Knowing that BW7 had something to do with Tanner made her curious and kind of regretful to not looking into the file she had deleted when she had the chance.

"Hmm, I know...." He said while their eyes looked at each other.

Mel’s eyes wide open "H-Husband, did you also know that my family was related to it?" Andrew nods. Mel gasps before continuing her sentence, "How much did you know?"

"I know quite a lot... but you should discuss it with the second brother. Because his team is in charge of guarding BW7. If you ask from me, I’m afraid I could give you false or outdated information...." Mel stared at him without speaking. Andrew adds, "My Dear Wife, I hope you understand."

Mel could understand her husband’s concern. She immediately wants to meet with Alex to tell him about the information she has received from Vivian. Is Vivian’s confession true? Or is she lying? Mel will find out after she speaks to Alex.

"Husband, don’t worry. I understand what your concern is. And I’m hoping Vivian was not lying to me." Mel is afraid Vivian has given her trash information. Vivian had been known as a very mean woman and with many ill-intention and tricks.

"My Wife, you still need information from Vivian?" Andrew raises his brows. Did she not know the news about Vivian?

"Hmm, If the information she gave me was a lie, I would probably need to revisit her in prison."

Andrew took a deep sigh before saying, "It seems my wife hasn’t watched the news recently?" Mel looked at her husband, confused. He held her hand gently, "Wife, Vivian is dead...."

Andrew tells her about Vivian’s accident after the last trial, and she was declared dead on the spot.

Mel was speechless in disbelief with what she heard.

"H-How can it be?" At the moment, she has mixed feelings; she was happy that her revenge had finally paid off. Vivian died tragically in a car accident, just like her mother. But, she also felt that she was not ready to let her go just like that because right now, she still wanted to get more information from her. But now she couldn’t do anything about it, because Vivian was dead.

After breakfast and more talking about Vivian, Mel leaves the house while Andrew goes straight to his office.

At 10.30 AM, Mel arrived at XTeam Basecamp. As usual, Irina and Lara were with her. When she arrived at basecamp, Mario picked her up at the guest post.

"Sister inlaw..." Mario greeted her when Mel got into his car.

"Leader Mario, we at basecamp address me properly." She laughed.

"Yeah, but now it’s just the two of us. It’s okay. Well... why do you suddenly want to meet the commander?"

"I have important information I want to talk to him about..." she glanced at Mario. He was driving beside her before saying, "Sorry, brother... I can’t tell you what it is. Now you are not part of the team handling the BW7 and Ghost case." Mario spontaneously cursed. And Mel giggles success makes him angry.

After she got out of the car, she immediately headed to Alex’s office on the second floor. Leaving Mario in the vehicle. They will meet again at lunch with the TEAM 1 members currently at headquarters doing monthly exercises.

Just as she was about to knock on Alex’s office door. The door opened from the inside. A short-haired woman with a petite face and fair-colored skin, wearing an XTeam army uniform, stood before her. Mel was puzzled because this was the first time she had seen this woman.
