In no time, they arrive at Wolfgang Steak House. This afternoon the restaurant is packed with many dine-in customers. The moment the two of them entered the restaurant; All people who were busy eating instantly stopped eating and turned their heads to look at them.

Mel could hear them all gossiping about her husband, the new President of the W Group.

"My God!! The prince already has a girlfriend?" Said the woman with shock and followed by tightening her lips.

"Are you sure that’s her girlfriend? She is not so pretty and kind of short. It doesn’t seem like it fits the prince anyway!"

More whispers could be heard, and Mel’s face reddened and hardened. But suddenly, Mel’s determination is rising. So she held her head high and her chin up.

’Damn! These people...’ She scolded them in her heart. She also instructs Max to make sure no one captures a picture or takes a video of them.

"Wife, ignore them," Andrew said while hugging her shoulder as if he wanted to tell everyone in the restaurant that the woman beside him was his wife, his woman.

Andrew’s act has instantly increased Mel’s determination, and now she becomes dauntless. Mel intentionally displays more affection toward Andrew by placing one hand on Andrew’s waist while walking towards the VIP area with a slight smile.

Mel was surprised. Did he invite anyone else? Who?

Before she could ask, they had stopped in front of the door. And the restaurant’s manager, who was walking in front of Andrew and Mel, opened the VVIP room’s door for them.

When Mel entered the room, she was surprised to see Andrew’s family sitting at the dining table. There is Grandpa Will and Andrew’s Father and Mother.

What is this? Why are they suddenly having lunch together with Andrew’s parents? Mel was confused.

"Daughter! Please come in...." Shout Lilly, Andrew’s mother, pleasantly. She stood up and immediately took Mel’s hand and glared at her son as she was saying... "Son, how can you keep this beautiful woman secret from mom?" Her voice sounded annoyed.

Andrew smiled nervously and looked at his mother. "I’m sorry, Mother," said Andrew very politely. But in his head, he was annoyed because his mother’s tones sounded like he had done something wrong.

Mel could only smile at Lilly, who scolded her husband. Then immediately greeted Grandpa Will and Andrew’s dad. After that, Andrew pulls out a chair between him and his mother and signals Mel to sit there.

Once they are all seated, Grandpa Will welcomes Mel as he says, "Baby Girl, welcome to the William Family...." He then paused for a few seconds before continuing... "Hmmm...no, no, something doesn’t add up." "Aha!" yelled Grandpa Will, as if he found his eureka moment. "I know...I will change the way I call you. From now on, I will call you my granddaughter Inlaw..." Grandpa Will suddenly raises his glass to welcome Mel as a family member.

Mel was a little bit shocked to hear that. She looked to Andrew with a big question that could be seen on her face. "Andrew, my love, do they know we already registered our marriage?"

Andrew leaned his head closer to her. "Hmm,...yeah, they already figured it out..." He said softly but hesitantly.

Mel thanked them for the warm welcome. She was so moved and speechless with the enthusiasm they welcomed her into the William family.

"Mel, now that you are part of the William family, I am so happy that I finally have a daughter. After so long, I have always wanted it...." Lilly was so happy she didn’t let Mel’s hand out of hers.

"I’m happy too, Mother... Thank you for your warm welcome. I was worried you would be upset with me because we registered before telling you." Said Mel gratefully.

"Oh, we did upset, to Andrew, not to you, Daughter," Said Lilly while looking frowningly at Andrew.

Mel could only chuckle and felt sorry for Andrew. Her feeling is so warm and happy now. She is touched by the tremendous kindness of Andrew’s parents to her.

Andrew, who was also in the room, was entirely ignored by his Grandfather and Parents. He lowered his head, read the news about this morning’s press conference.
