Chapter 123: Punishing Me? *

Mel exhaled deeply and turned her eyes to the flickering light of the buildings and cars in the distance while she was thinking about how to tell Andrew.

They fell silent again.

A few minutes later, Mel finally told Andrew what had happened at the Tanner Mansion, her encounter with her Father and Vivian.

Andrew, who is listening in silence, suddenly felt angry. He was furious when he heard Vivian send a gangster to capture his Little Girl when they were in B town a month ago.

"My love, don’t you think of me as your lover? Why did you hide that you were attacked by gangsters in town B?" Andrew looked disappointed.

He went to his study and called someone with a determined face.

"Hans, starting tomorrow, you will follow and guard my fiancee. And, send someone from Blue Team to accompany me to town S."

Andrew also ordered Hans to investigate what happened in town B. He wanted to find a gangster who dared to attack his woman.

After he finished the call, he immediately returned to the master bedroom.

But, before he entered the room, he tried to calm her mind and heart. He didn’t want Mel to see him in such an angry state again, never.

After a few times taking deep sighs, he finally opened the door, and he saw Mel sit in front of the mirror. She was drying her hair.

With quick steps and a gentle smile that framed his face, he approached her. "My Love, let me dry your hair." He took the hairdryer and clumsily dried her hair.

Mel smiled when she saw the clumsy Andrew holding the hairdryer. And now, Andrew’s face looked calm as usual. She didn’t see any trace of irritation on his face and eyes again like before. She felt relieved.

She is aware that Andrew is angry because she is not honest with him. And as a man, he must feel sad because his woman is experiencing an incident that could injure her. He must be low and scared.

Mel could understand it.

After Mel’s hair was dry, they immediately went to sleep and hugged each other.

Tonight, Andrew didn’t tease Mel again because he knew his little girl was mentally exhausted. He let her sleep in his arms while his own mind was busy making plans to punish someone.

After a while, Andrew felt sleepy, and he fell asleep hugging her.
