Karl who was having a hard time convincing Gwen turned his attention towards the commotion, widened his eyes when his eyes fell on Noah beating the shit out of a man.

"What’s wrong with him?" he muttered and was about to go and stop him when Gwen thud sat on the couch folding her legs.

"Where are you going... Karl. Come sit here with me" patting the space next to him, Gwen asked him to sit with her.

Sighing in defeat, Karl looked at Gwen and then Noah with a troubled expression. He wanted to go and check on Noah but he couldn’t leave Gwen on her knowing her state.

’God help me’ he prayed and turned to look at Noah who walked away after knocking the man, and soon Alice followed him too.

Relaxed he then turned his attention back to Gwen and watched her sway with her chin resting on her palm and her hand resting on her folded knee. It looked like she was thinking about something with her closed.

Shaking his head, Karl sat next to her and tilted his head to look closely at her. He didn’t realize she had put on makeup and looked so damn alluring even with the simple yet attractive attire.

"Gwen.." calling out her name softly Karl watched her slowly open her eyes and she smiled at him stupidly.

Karl didn’t know what he was supposed to do when she melted his heart with her sweet smile.

"What are you thinking?" he asked curious to know what was going on in her tipsy mind.

Fully opening her eyes, Gwen tried to clear her blurry vision and dropped her folded legs down as she moved closer to Karl waving him to forward his ears and she then whispered," What color do you like the most" she asked.

Karl knitted his brows and turned his head looking at her drowsy eyes that hopefully waited for his response.

"Don’t you know it already?" he said with a chuckle. The question was too common for her to ask because she knew he liked blue a lot.

"I know... but I want you to pick another color" her words were confusing him. Why would she wants him to change his preference?

Looking at her a little disturbed, Karl then asked," Why do you want me to pick another color" now he was more curious to know where this conversation was leading to.

"Tsk... you are not getting me, Karl. I don’t have a blue color lingerie set with me. How am I going to seduce you" Gwen pouted making a cute face but the one who was entirely blown was Karl.

"L-lingerie" he mumbled trying to function his mind if he heard her right and watched her nod her head innocently.

"Hmm.. so now change the color to something else," she said in her drunk state unaware of the fact she had disclosed her secret.

Karl blinked his eyes, utterly speechless by the words she had just muttered, and then his thought drifted to the time she had sneaked into the room carrying something in her hand. And he had to wait for an eternity for her to step out.

"Was that the reason why you pushed me that day?" he asked widening his eyes after he remembered her acting all weird after they sorted the misunderstanding.

Gwen nodded her head innocently, keeping her eyes open that kept fluttering because of the dizziness she felt and her stomach churn.

"Karl... I think I am gonna... Whack.." before she could finish her statement Gwen puked everything out and pulled back wiping her lips.

"Puke" she then completed her statement and smiled at Karl who sat there looking at the mess ahead.

It was so much for him to take in that he vowed to never let her drink henceforth.

After the fight, Alice followed Noah but he was nowhere to be seen. Worried for him she made a call to Tristan just in case he might be knowing where he was. But even after so many rings, he didn’t pick up the call.

"Damn... Noah where are you" Alice mumbled under her breath getting worried for him.

The way he walked away from there without speaking a word, scared her. Though she was anxious to talk with him but she couldn’t leave him alone. She had to face him and apologize for being unreasonable.

After looking for him everywhere, she finally reached their suite. It was the only place left for her to find him.

Bracing herself, she unlocked the room and stepped in only to find it dark and she frowned.

Assuming he wasn’t inside the house, she was about to step out when the clinking sound of the bottles reached her chords and she stopped.

Titling her head into the balcony’s direction, she then started walking and the sound was more audible than before.

Stepping out from the living space she walked into the huge balcony and roamed her eyes into the direction from where the sound came.

The second she found it her heart dropped and her breath hitched.

Noah sat in the corner resting his back on the railing with bottles rolling around him. He looked so immersed in drinking that he didn’t even sense that she was watching him.

Alice felt bad watching him like this and she recalled the time when Noah had seen her in the most vulnerable state. He was always there for her in her hardest time, then how did she doubt his love for her?

Just because her jealousy took over her sensible mind, she ended up acting childish, so she could get back with him. But she didn’t realize that her actions and upset him to the point that he didn’t even express it to her and walked away.

Slowly walking towards him she kneeled down. As she observed his disheveled state she found tears rolling down his cheeks.

"Noah" unknown to her she called his name and watched him open his eyes.

Alice felt her breath stuck into her chest as she could comprehend staring at his bloodshot eyes. He had been crying all this time and she cursed herself for being the reason.

She realized how mean she had been with Noah recently that she knowingly or unknowingly kept hurting him without listening to him. She had been taking advantage of his kindness and still kept doubting him without any proper reason.

The second his restless eyes met her worried ones, she broke internally." What are you doing?" she asked feeling horrible to him cry silently.

Noah blinked his eyes trying to focus his vision on Alice smiled sadly. The way she looked at him with fear broke his heart and he could stand there even for a second.

He had always kept his dark side away from everyone knowing it would take them by surprise, but when he saw that man touching Alice he couldn’t control himself.

"Did I scare you Alice?" he asked unable to meet her sad eyes.
