"Huh!" Ashley broke out of her trance and saw Grace approaching her with a playful smile.

’Was she so obvious’ she thought.

"Yes, mom did you ask something," Ashley asked when Grace stopped in front of her.

"Yes I did, but guess my daughter is busy thinking about someone, or should I say a special someone" Grace’s words made Ashley blush.

Looking down Ashley tried to hide her smile. She was completely smitten by her husband’s charm that she couldn’t hide it from others. Does every woman feel the same whenever they think about that special person in their life?

If yes, then the feeling was too overwhelming to resist and she was going to the same euphoric emotion right now.

"Okay, I won’t tease you anymore. I just wanted to ask what Taylor said. Did he permit you to resume back your work"

Grace knew Ashley wanted to return to her work because she couldn’t delay the lined-up shoots.

Tristan gawked at the newly official couple ignore his words as if he didn’t exist at all.

The moment he called them into his office they got involved in that stupid staring game and turned blind eye to him.

"Are you both even here" Tristan’s patience was running out and when he finally could hold he raised his voice breaking their trance.

Karl and Gwen were startled by Tristan’s voice and looked at him in shock.

Karl pursed his lips watching his boss glare at him. How could he do such a mistake, he cursed inwardly.

"Yes boss, we heard everything you said," Karl said confidently because he wasn’t completely unaware of his order.

Even though he was staring at Gwen his ears were busy noting down Tristan’s instruction.

Gwen on the other hand was completely ignorant of her brother’s instructions that she didn’t listen to a word he said. She was so engulfed in the moment that she even forgot that they were in her brother’s cabin.

She began to brainstorm recalling anything she heard when Tristan’s voice called her," And you Gwen. Did you listen to my words"

Startled by his sudden question Gwen gulped before nodding her head. "Y-yes brother I did" she lied not wanting to get scolded by him in front of Karl.

"Good now, get out and started working on it," he said dismissing the two lovebirds and shoving them out of his cabin.

Tristan felt like eating dog food by watching them completely ignoring his presence.

Stepping out from the cabin Gwen turned to Karl anxiously," I didn’t hear a single word he said. Now, what should I do Karl? Brother will be pissed if I go back and ask him to dictate everything again"

Karl just smiled and patted her head like a kid," Don’t worry I heard everything. You don’t have to get stressed" his words calmed her down and she relaxed.

She had such a nice boyfriend," Thank you so much Karl. You are a lifesaver" she said with a contagious smile making him blush.

The couple again began with their lovely talk ignoring the employees who were staring at them in surprise.

"Are they publicly flirting now?" one of the employees said.

Everyone who worked with her was aware of Karl and Gwen’s relationship but Karl being their boss made them shut their mouth and act as if they didn’t know anything.

"Yes, even I feel the same," the other one said, ignoring the couple acting blindly and resuming back their work.

Alice was surprised that not even once Dylan tried to contact her after that incident.

’Was he finally convinced that Noah was her boyfriend and she wasn’t fluking it’ she said to herself.

"Good for him," she mumbled when she heard Noah’s voice.

"Did you say, something babe?" he asked arranging the plates on the table.

Noah wanted to have lunch with Alice in her apartment. So he drove back home bringing the takeout along with him.

"No... I didn’t say anything" Alice pursed her lips and turned her head to look in her front.

She knew Noah would get upset if he hears her still thinking about Dylan. She wasn’t thinking, it just flashed in her mind because she was expecting him to mock her using that pictures. But to her surprise, he didn’t do anything.

Noah didn’t question her further and kept placing the food out of the bags.

"Come let’s have lunch" she again heard him and this time she got up and rushed towards the table.

Alice had been craving food after the doctor changed her medicines. Noah had taken her to the hospital where she was checked thoroughly. The doctor even changed her medicine replacing them with syrups.

It had been two days she was taking them and she must tell that the liquids were very powerful because she suddenly started eating three meals. Her stomach would churn indicating her about being hungry and she ended up eating more than she could.

Sitting on the chair Alice looked at Noah who was blowing the soup for her. He had been more attentive to her needs that he started pampering her even more than before.

She loved the little things he did for her and she suddenly became more greedy.

"Ahh..." she opened her mouth asking him to feed her.

Noah smiled at her cute act and brought the spoon to her mouth and feed her." It’s still hot Alice. I can’t let you burn your tongue" he said blowing the soup in the spoon.

"Awe... that’s so sweet of you Noah. I need to reward you for being so considerate toward me" she said without thinking about the consequence of her words.

Noah stopped and arch his brow looking at her in amusement." You want to reward me" he asked.

Alice nodded her head, still ignorant about his thoughts." Tell me what should I reward you with. Do you want me to cook dinner for you or take you out somewhere. The treat is on me" she said casually.

Placing the spoon back into the bowl Noah looked at Alice intently and said," How about I eat you for dinner" his words knocked her senses and she coughed.

"COUGH!!!"

Noah smiled at her amused expression as she wiped her lips looking at him in shock.

"I-I didn’t mean rewarding that way. You twisted my words Noah" Alice felt her cheeks heat up thinking about how wild Noah would get on the bed.

He was gentle with her the first time, but after that, he ravished her like there is no tomorrow. She could still feel herself sore down there.

Noah burst out as he couldn’t control himself anymore. She was so easy to trick, he thought, reaching out his hand to pinch her cheeks.

"Let go" she whined, jerking his hand away and huffed like an angry child.

"Okay, I won’t eat you for dinner. We can go out tonight" he said easing her anger.

Alice pouted, slowly release her anger and again opened her mouth indicating him to feed her.

Noah did as she asked for and fed her until she finished drinking the complete bowl. While Noah was busy feeding her, he ensured he was also having his lunch simultaneously.

Once they were done, Alice help him to clean the table, bringing the plates to the sink.

"Noah, can I ask you something," Alice asked as she turned to face him.

"Why would say that? You can ask me anything Babe" Noah winked with a smile and started cleaning the kitchen island.

"Are you inquiring Dylan" her words stopped Noah from doing his work.

He knew Alice wasn’t that stupid to not understand the meaning being his words.

Shutting his eyes, Noah took a deep breath and turned to face Alice who was waiting for him to answer.

"Yes," he said looking straight into her eyes.

Alice wasn’t surprised at all. She had already guessed it when Noah suddenly got interested in Dylan’s life.
