Noah deepened the kiss taking her by surprise while his hand roamed around her curves. Lifting up her top, he slowly trailed his fingers, feeling her skin’s softness.

Alice felt a current pass through her body when he touched her. She slowly melted into his touch and reached her hand, cupping the side of his face, and kissed him back with the same urgency.

His hand slowly moved up to her chest, and he cupped her breast over her fabric and squeezed it lightly.

"Umm..." she moaned while her hands were pressed against his chest, feeling the hardness of his muscles. Her mind was clouded entirely by lust when suddenly her phone began to ring, and they broke out from the trance.

Noah scowled, falling back on the bed, and heard her laugh." Don’t laugh," he warned, and without looking at her, he got up and climbed down the bed.

Alice saw his bulge under his pants and pursed her lips. She watched him glare at her before he turned and walked inside the bathroom.

Alice shook her head and reached her hand to pick up the call. As soon as her eyes fell on the name, she sneered. Without thinking, she cut the ring and turned off her cell phone.

"She dare cut my call," Dylan fumed and again tried to call her, but this time the call didn’t connect, and he threw his phone in anger.

"I know you are lying, Alice. How can Noah be you, man, when you couldn’t even forget me" Dylan couldn’t digest that Alice had finally moved on from him.

After whatever happened between them, it wasn’t easy for her to forget him. He knew he still had that effect on her, but the only difference was that she had tried to mask it very smartly.

Noah stepped out after taking a cold shower and found Alice sitting in the same spot.

"Who was it" his voice made her cringe, and she turned to look at him.

She couldn’t tell him about Dylan, not now when she had finally tried to move on from him. She won’t let his evil eyes fall on them.

"Umm.... no one. It was a spam call," she lied and averted her eyes from him.

Noah found her answer absurd. Why would she lie when it was Dylan who was calling her?

He had already seen him text her, and the moment he stood up, his eyes had already caught his name on the screen flashing, then why did she lie, Noah thought.

Alice quickly climbed down from the bed and walked past him," I’ll take a shower" she dashed without looking at him and entered the door behind him.

Noah narrowed his eyes suspiciously. He thought she was suddenly acting strange and walked out of her room.

After Gorge left, the lady cop walked towards Jane’s cell t bring her for the departure but found her lying limp on the ground.

She rushed inside and kneeled, checking her pulse." There is an emergency," she shouted, and soon, many cops rushed to her cell.

Jane was immediately rushed to the hospital as she lost consciousness due to stress and lack of food in her system.

Hospital

Inside the ward, the doctor came to check Jane, shoving away the cops who were present inside.

As soon as the cops left, the doctor shut the door and turned to see Jane sitting on the bed. She had faked about her health because she wanted to get out of that place.

After listening to Gorge’s plan of getting back with Ashley, Jane agreed to it immediately. She even learned about Greg’s change of mind and was shocked to know how easily he gave up.

Now everything started to make sense. His lack of interest in her and how he behaved all these days clarified everything. He still likes her. Greg still wanted to be with Ashley, which was evident in how he started to act distant after he found out she was dating someone.

"Here, take this," she heard the male doctor say, and her eyes fell on the gun he passed to her.

Gorge had bribed the doctor, and he was the only one who would lead her out until she finished her task.

Jane prepared herself, changed herself, wearing the hospital staff clothes, and covered her face with the mask.

They both stepped out of the ward and watched the cops still standing for his words.

"We need to keep her under observation" the doctor started to web the cops into his lies, and soon, they walked away from there, warning the cops not to enter.

"I have a car arranged for you in the parking area. Make sure no one sees you," the doctor said, and he guided her towards the emergency exit.

Evening

Both Ashley and Tristan got ready for the event. Ashley was supposed to be the one to reach the venue earlier as she had many preparations to make. At the same time, Tristan, on the on hand, complained about not being able to go with her.

"I so wished we could go together?" Tristan said with a displeased voice.

Looking at Ashley’s beauty, he felt like hiding her somewhere. She was yet to wear the designed dress, but the thought of her capturing numerous eyes made him jealous.

Ashley couldn’t help but smile at how Tristan quickly showed his displeasure when things didn’t go his way.

She didn’t say a word but passed him a look that left him confused. Tip-toeing, Ashley kissed him and pulled back.

"Be on time, and don’t carry on this grumpy look. You are the guest of honor, and I want you to keep smiling," she said and left the house.

"How can I be happy when my wife would be an eye candy in the event" Tristan sighed and headed towards the bathroom to shower.

The venue started to fill with well-known businessmen. Many models were going to walk the ramp, but the one who was supposed to still the light was Ashley, the ever-lasting face of the Modelling world.

Masha made sure they reached up to the expectation, and their show turned out to be a massive hit.

Greg was also among the male model who was going to walk on the ramp. He was replaced at the last moment as the original model suddenly fell ill and couldn’t make it up.

He was about to enter the changing room when his eyes fell on Ashley as she made her way along with Miley, her manager, and headed towards her changing room.

Suddenly, he began to recall the sweet moment they shared. But now, it was all a memory, and he lost the right to be with her.
