Gavin got up from the couch and approached her. Now he was sure whatever he had been thinking and seeing was true.

Gwen was too naïve to think, he didn’t see her chatting with Karl that day, but he ignored it, thinking he was overthinking. But what he saw a while ago made him ponder deep into his thoughts.

There was something brewing between them, and he wanted Gwen to answer him.

Gwen watched Gavin stop in front of her. How he looked at her made her gulp, and she broke her frozen state and avoided meeting his gaze.

"Oh, come on, it’s evident with the way you behaved earlier" Gwen snapped her head in shock and saw Gavin arch his brow.

"I saw you both being all lovey-dovey inside his car. You can’t just brush it off, Gwen. Just accept you have completely whipped" the coldness in his eyes disappeared, and the playful Gavin was back again.

Gwen was confused by his sudden change in behavior. Did he trick me? she thought.

"Karl needs some time," she said immediately.

"Time for what?" he asked.

Gwen sighed and began to explain everything to him. Gavin was surprised at how the very confident Karl was getting scared to announce his relationship with Gwen.

Gwen watched him mutter to himself like a fool, and with that, he got up and left from there, leaving her speechless.

The following day, Jane was going to get transferred to a detention cell, but before she could leave, Gorge arranged a meeting with her privately.

Gorge kept looking at her for some time when he opened his mouth and asked her, "Do you want me to get you out from here?"

Jane chuckled and smirked the next second," You think I like staying here? Of course, I want to get the hell out of this disgusting place" she clutched her palm into a fist and scrunched her nose, showing how badly she wanted herself to get out from here.

One night, she felt like she was kept in some dirt, where there wasn’t even a source of light and air.

Gorge knew Jane had been used to living a lavishing life, and it was hard for her to stay here. Closing his eyes, he sighed and looked at her," If you want me to get you out, then do as I say-" he said low and saw her frown.

Alice apartment

Noah was wide awake and was currently observing Alice, who was in a deep sleep. Such a pleasant sight it was to watch her sleep so peacefully.

Reaching his hand up, Noah tucked the hair strand on her face behind her ear and slowly traced his finger on her cheeks.

His slight touch stirred her, and she turned, sleeping on her back. She said she was a light sleeper but look at her now. Even his touch didn’t wake her up from her deep slumber.

"Look at you, not even flinching a bit," Noah talked to her or himself. He was so happy that he wanted to keep her next to him and talk to her endlessly.

Watching her still sleep, Noah smiled and turned to climb down the bed when Alice’s phone buzzed, and he turned.

He reached out to pick up the phone and saw a message, but the sender’s name caught him by surprise. Dylan... muttered, and he creased.

’Why is Dylan texting her’ he thought and looked at Alice before returning his attention to the phone.

When he saw Alice move, he was about to unlock her phone, and he quickly kept her phone back.

"You’re already awake," her sleepy voice made him turn back to her and lay down.

"Hmm..." he hummed and leaned forward and pecked her lips.

"Umm... I haven’t brushed" she moved back and covered her mouth as she didn’t want him to smell her morning breath.

"I don’t care. I like you anyways," he said and pulled away her hand that covered her mouth and captured her lips again, this time into a passionate one.

Alice let out a sensual moan and parted her lips to grasp some air when he slid his tongue inside and sucked her mouth.
