Chapter 104: NULL POTENTIAL

"Aleorians?!" Zar’keth looked at them in shock, his hands trembling.

He hadn’t expected the Aleorians to be here.

Likewise, Luminarion was frightened. If these beings were intervening in a battle outside their domain, it meant only one thing.

They were powerful beings who had traveled far and wide, aware of the fame of the universe’s rulers.

And they knew their rules. They knew there were other universes out there, more powerful than this one.

It was a constant struggle.

"Well, then you know us," Kairos said with a slight smirk. "We’re here to help Jeremy with his conquest plans. We need him to face more serious enemies. And you two... are expendable pawns!"

His eyes gleamed with malice as he spoke.

Aion felt the same way. He was a laid-back, always joking type, but he knew when to act seriously, putting his race’s interests first.

"Bold of you!" Luminarion spoke with a heavy tone. "Don’t think you can do whatever you want. You can’t compete with us Quasar Ranks; we’re leagues apart."

Before the devil could agree, a laugh tore through the space.

"If we’re here, it’s because we’re confident, idiots!" Kairos said, nodding toward Aion.

The two were ready to unleash their power to allow Jeremy to advance without issue.

"Kid, do what you need to do, and once you become an Eclipse Rank, join us. You’ll get the power you need, and we’ll give you much more. Just don’t betray your universe."

Jeremy watched it all with great interest.

"But first, allow us to introduce ourselves. I’m Aion, and this is my brother Kairos. We’re Aleorians, the race that rules this universe. Despite that, our universe is one of many out there, and we’re super weak."

Their gazes lowered slightly at the mention of their weakness.

"So they’re my observers... they belong to another race and seem very strong... but not stronger than me. Where do they get their confidence?" Jeremy thought, his eyes half-closed.

"Now, Jeremy!" Aion shouted, his silver hair sparkling like stars. With a gesture, he slowed time around Zar’keth, turning his black hole into a sluggish, harmless vortex. "Go somewhere else and perform your Rank-up; we can’t hold them forever. But with you on our side, we’ll be able to get rid of them."

Jeremy merely nodded. He wasn’t clear on the brothers’ plans, but he acknowledged their help. Alone, it would’ve been difficult, sure, but not impossible.

"Alright, then. See you soon, Aleorians," Jeremy said before vanishing with his Aberration. "Let’s go, Azure."

---

"Azure," he murmured, his voice calm but brimming with determination, "find a place isolated enough to perform the Rank-up. We need to hurry."

Azure, in his humanoid form, nodded, his azure hair waving like a cosmic sea. "Yes, Master. Also, all the Nexuses have been assimilated. I need one final push to stabilize it. You become Eclipse Rank, I execute the potential upgrade. No one will stop us from now on!"

---

Meanwhile, the battle between the four figures exploded the moment Jeremy left.

"You’ll pay for this!" Zar’keth, furious, broke Aion’s time slowdown with a roar, summoning a wave of magma that disintegrated a nearby planet.

"Insects!" he continued shouting, unleashing a blow that could’ve destroyed an entire fleet. Aion, with a swift gesture, stopped time for an instant, redirecting the attack into the void.

Kairos, meanwhile, faced Luminarion. The Quasar Diaphane used his power to rewrite what was happening in real-time.

He wrote of a powerful attack against Kairos, who took the hit without knowing how. But the Aleorian wasn’t weak. With a thought, he bent space, shattering reality like fragile glass, launching an attack at the Diaphane.

It was imperceptible, impossible to rewrite. "Your power is interesting, Luminarion, but you’re not the only one with special abilities out there," Kairos hissed, hurling a blade of distorted space that wounded the Diaphane Controller.

The two Quasars unleashed their full power, immediately putting the two on the defensive.

However, the Aleorians weren’t faring badly; in fact, they held their ground with ease.

"That’s where your confidence comes from; you’re not bad," Zar’keth said with a furious air.

Luminarion felt the same. They had to hurry. A growing premonition within them intensified with each passing moment.

If they allowed Jeremy to reach Eclipse Rank, they would die.

The boy’s power would take an enormous leap forward.

"We told you. We’re strong. And you’re only Quasar Rank," Kairos said as he continued tearing through space to move anywhere and deliver incredible blows.

However, his opponent seemed to take no damage. He could rewrite everything, so his body was always at its peak.

Of course, this was costing him energy, but a being of that level had plenty to spare.

"Indeed, even our instructors are Quasar. We fight them every day," Aion added with a sarcastic tone.

The faces of the two Quasars darkened. They couldn’t fully stop these two, frustrating their spirits.

"Damn it, at this rate, we’ll lose. Hey, Luminarion, we need to use our true power. We need to use the Quasar!"

---

In the heart of a remote system, shrouded in a dark nebula, Azure stopped. His humanoid form materialized beside Jeremy, his body pulsing with energy.

"Master," he said, his voice a mix of exhaustion and triumph, "the Nexus has been successfully absorbed. All that’s left is for you to advance."

Jeremy narrowed his eyes, sensing the change. However, something was blocking his senses, a veil beyond which he couldn’t see anything.

"Well done, Azure. The long-awaited moment has arrived." Jeremy’s voice grew full of hope as he continued. "Come out, Aberrations. It’s time for the upgrade!!"

The Thalgrith emerged en masse from the Bone Cathedral. Their bodies were perfect, immaculate. Their power off the charts.

They could take out Eclipse Ranks with a wave of their hand. The stronger ones with an extra blow.

"Let’s begin!"

Jeremy felt the boundary of the Eclipse Rank give way.

Every cell in his body screamed as an aura completely unlike anything he’d ever experienced before erupted from him.

Time seemed to pause as his power underwent a sharp, overwhelming transformation.

But that wasn’t all.

His potential, which had been stagnant until now, underwent a metamorphosis.

He reached the ETERNUM level, just like Azure had in the past. However, the moment their power became one... Jeremy underwent an enormous change too.

And that was the beauty of it. Now all his Aberrations reached his same potential. After all, there was nothing above it.

NULL Potential.

Azure became something that shouldn’t exist in this universe, transforming Jeremy and everything else as well.

They were all connected.

Only the most powerful universes could conceive a being with NULL potential.

Nothing existed above it, and nothing could hope to surpass this potential.

His Osseoth Authority was now complete.

A power that allowed him to summon infinite bone constructs, each infused with energy capable of destroying planets and bending space.

He could create armies of bone titans, weapons that regenerated endlessly, and even manipulate the bones of his enemies, turning them into weapons against them.

And every creation had NULL power, something beyond common comprehension.

But it wasn’t just him changing.

His Aberrations, tied to his power, reached Eclipse Rank simultaneously. Their Authorities began to develop, becoming even more lethal, and their potential reached NULL.

After the power surge, Jeremy was breathing heavily.

"What the hell is this?!" he said, observing his body from within. "I’m way stronger than before; there’s no comparison at all. Even comparing a child’s strength to an adult’s doesn’t do it justice."

Jeremy couldn’t believe it. Blowing up High-Level Planets would become easy.

But before he could continue examining his changes, the Aberrations aboard the ship began to evolve, developing their Authorities.

"Ah, Galaxy Controllers... you don’t know who you’ve threatened. I don’t even need to be there; just sending my generals against you will do the trick..."

Jeremy’s mind was a mix of joy and excitement. He couldn’t wait to see his new powers, but even more, he wanted to watch his children devastate everything!

The wait was agonizing for Jeremy. Seeing his children transform into something unique, something beyond anything possible, was magnificent!

He began observing them one by one.

Starting with his first undead, Drae’mon. The skeleton, once entirely black, was different, but not too much.

His form had already been altered by the Osseoth in the past, taking the shape of a "living" raccoon. Now... he was black again, but not like the color black. More like a null, empty form of life, devoid of any concept. He was a raccoon, yet at the same time, he seemed like nothing.

A NULL potential was truly absurd.

He was also the first to complete his transformation. And, like every Eclipse Rank, his Authority took shape in an instant.

Shadow Primacy Authority.

His speed, strength, and constitution became absolute when he was alone.

"A full-fledged assassin, heh," Jeremy chuckled softly. He liked the idea.

What if he sent Drae’mon to assassinate the two Quasar Ranks?

The idea was tempting, but as he thought it, several growls rained down on him.

"It wouldn’t be fair to you, that’s true. You all deserve to have fun," Jeremy said, observing the others.

They, too, had finished their evolutions, and they, too, wanted to fight!
