Chapter 54: YOU BELONG TO ME

{"I belong to you, you belong to me"}

It was almost dusk the next day when we took a bath. Once done I heard a light chuckle escape from his lips "Why are you laughing?" I whispered as we dressed.

"Because I love you," Wave responded.

"You’re mine, you belong to me and no one else," I pressed a kiss on his forehead.

"Oh, Spark do you realize we shall never get out of this bedroom if we continue like this," Wave whispered with so much hunger in his eyes that I could not help but seal our mouths together and then pulled off all his clothes and mine, pushed him on the bed, my tongue going to his rim and pushed through it and Wave growled in response.

"Oh," Wave moaned and then bucked hips up.

I grabbed his waist, pressed his head down, and continued to lick his hole. "So sweet," I whispered against his skin, blowing on his wet hole, watching in delight as he shivered and squirmed with pleasure. I slowly pushed a finger inside him, loosening him up, finger after finger.

"Please "Wave begged and I understood his plea and then pulled out my finger and pushed my cock in, deeply impaled in him. Hammering into him over and over until Wave was reduced into a moaning mess my body tightened up while Wave twitched and I knew that we both were chasing an orgasm that would hit soon.

The deep desire to consume Wave hit so hard and I pulled his head, exposing his neck, and my teeth sunk into the mating make and all hell broke loose. Wave reaction was intense as his body arched up and he shattered on the bed, cum lacing the bed sheet. I chased the pleasure and hammered into him and soon I came, my body trembling from the force. It was the heat and the mating bond as our beast roared in our mind links and we dropped on the bed exhausted and panting out of breath.

"Wave," I whispered as my voice rasped.

"Yes, my mate?" He responded in a whisper and cuddled closer.

"I love the sound of that," I confessed

"The sound of what?" Wave asked and raised his head in question.

"You calling me mate "I rasped.

"Oh Spark, you have no idea how much our union makes me happy. "Wave eyes sparkled.

"I love you more and more each day,"

Wave and I dressed up, cleaned the room, and finally moved to the kitchen to prepare a meal. I was surprised at how effortlessly Wave navigated the kitchen, his hands moving with practiced ease as he chopped vegetables and seasoned the food with precision. When we finally sat down to eat, I could only hum in pleasure. The flavors danced on my tongue, rich and perfectly balanced. "This is incredible," I said between bites. "Where did you learn to cook like this?"

Wave chuckled, leaning back in his chair. "Trial and error," he said. "When you live alone for a while, you either learn to cook or suffer through terrible meals."

After dinner, we decided to go for a run. As we shifted, Spark stood proudly beside Wave’s grey wolf, Bolt. Their fur brushed against each other as we moved through the dense forest, weaving between trees with silent grace. The scent of damp earth and fresh pine filled the air as we ran, paws thudding against the ground in perfect harmony.

Eventually, we reached the ocean. The waves crashed against the shore, the salt-laced breeze filling our lungs. The moon hung low in the sky, casting a silver glow across the water. I turned to Wave, pushing my thoughts through our mind link. Do you think Tor is safe? And what happens if the pack finds out his mate is a vampire?

Wave’s response was immediate, his voice firm in my mind. It will cause a rift in the pack, no doubt. Some won’t accept it, but we will stand by Alpha Tor no matter what.

Spark lifted his head and let out a long, soulful howl. Bolt followed suit, their voices blending with the sound of the waves.

By the time we returned home, our wolves had bonded, rubbing against each other in silent understanding. Shifting back into human form, exhaustion settled over us like a heavy blanket. Without a word, we headed straight to bed, the night’s events lingering in my mind as I drifted into sleep.

By the time we returned home, our wolves had bonded, rubbing against each other in silent understanding. Shifting back into human form, exhaustion settled over us like a heavy blanket. Without a word, we headed straight to bed, the night’s events lingering in my mind as I drifted into sleep.

Early the next day, we hit the training ground as we prepared for Tor to return from Hanka Island and give us a brief on his findings. Flora was busy at the jail, guarding Aqua and General Steel, while Deputy General Tiger had followed Tor to guard him from a distance just in case. Wave and I had planned to train in the morning and then go to the pack office for a meeting with the council members to catch up on reports on behalf of Tor.

But things didn’t go as planned when General Steel found us at the training grounds, accompanied by Blossom Sky, the Female General of the Pack, and Lily Crest, the female Pack Enforcer. My eyes blazed in fury, knowing well that they had come to cause trouble. But Wave pushed the words through our mind link, "They have come to reconfirm our mating and I would ask you to let me handle it and pretend that you don’t care "

"Fine" I pushed the words through "

Wave spoke up, completely ignoring Blossom and Lily. "To what do I owe the honor of your presence, General Steel?"

They both rolled their eyes and glared at Wave, who continued to disregard them. General Steel finally spoke, his tone sharp. "I have been waiting for Alpha Tor in his office, but now we cannot find him. There are urgent matters regarding the Generals’ gathering."

"What urgent matters?" I interjected before Wave could respond. My voice came out loud and cold, sharper than I intended. I noticed Lily and Blossom flinch, while General Steel struggled to maintain his composure.

"The Generals are reluctant to attend the gathering," he stated evenly.

A laugh burst from my lips. "Since when do the Generals of the pack refuse an order from Alpha Tor?"

They all remained silent until Wave spoke up, sarcasm lacing his voice. "Unless, of course, someone is influencing the Generals and they intend to rebel."

His words made a low growl rising from my chest, a deep rumble that signaled Spark, my wolf, was on the edge of an angry fit. "Where the hell are these so-called Generals?" I demanded, stepping forward.

General Steel stammered, "They, they are in the military camp."

Wave sidestepped me and reached for my hand. Instinctively, I laced our fingers together. From behind us, I heard the sharp intake of breath from Lily and Blossom. Wave stiffened and came to an abrupt halt.

Wave turned around to Blossom and Sky and demanded "What the actual fuck is your problem?"

They both seemed surprised that he turned around and asked them and they both raised their chin about to speak but I interjected and stated "Wave belongs to me as much as I belong to him. If you have a problem with that then I suggest you keep it to yourself."

I loved the surprised look on their faces and then Wave pressed a kiss on my cheeks and General Steel gasped in shock while Jessel and Blossom’s eyes blazed in anger.
