Titan could see that the sea was close yet far!! Damnit!!!! He cursed and shot out like a bullet.

It was useless even if he made it into the waters but wasn’t in the deep waters, they’d be capable of snatching him out!!!!

His cold skin touched the water and his heart lept for joy but before he could jubliate, Red’s claws glazed his back.

He said nothing more and swam deeper and deeper till the rays from the sun was out of sight.

Unknown to both Red and Titan, once Red jumped into the sea, another group was alarmed and they immediately set out to go find out who the heck had invaded their territory!!!

Lilly sat down with her brothers. Currently, there was no one at home except for them

Lilly said and looked at her brothers.

Mmm, we should do that. We at least know that the south is far more dangerous than the North and the spirit beasts residing there are fiercer." Lilly agreed and moved from her seat. She jumped down from the stone single seater sofa and went to get busy.

Shawn was also looking a little bothered. Okay not a little but very very very bothered.

Sydney saw that none of them were moving and she sighed. I don’t wish you for you to do something that you don’t want to but I also hope that you’ll stand by my side through this. I’m going to be leaving in a few days. I hope you guys will have made up your minds." She said and stood up to leave.

He saw that she was seated doing nothing and hence walked in. "I’ve made up my mind." He said. He had lost once before, he wouldn’t just stay behind and let her go on his own. Infact, no male would be willing to do such a thing.

Also, someone named Carlos is here to see you." He said and Sydney sprung up from the he’d dashing all the way to the living room.

When Sydney made her way to the living room, she was surprised to find Carlos in his true sense seated there.

Sydney." His heart softened seeing that she was well and happy. Also, that smile she graced him with was causing his heart to drown in sweetness.

However, seeing the big bag, he got curious and asked about it which ended with Lilly telling him. At first, he would have laughed at her words but upon hearing from Enzo that she truly intended to go somewhere, he was beyond himself with shock. How did the small girl who was miles upon miles away know about it?!

Luckily, he had left a good leader behind.

Lilly told you? How did she know?" Sydney we wide eyed in astonishment.

I also have no idea." Carlos shook his head helplessly.

This..." Sydney turned to face Enzo and he smiled at her. "She’s a miracle." Was all he could say. Moreover, knowing that Lilly wasn’t moving to stop her mother, his decision was further firmed. He’d follow Sydney wherever she went.

I’ll go too." Carlos said hurriedly afraid he’d be kicked to go back to the city of beasts.

How about the clan?" Sydney asked.

It’s not like they can’t do without me? I also made preparations before I left so it’s alright." He said.

Before she could recover her bearings, Greg, Kevin and Ray came out successively. We’ll go too." They had been close by and hearing that Lilly wasn’t against her going to such a dangerous place, they agreed as well. At least she had proved herself and Sydney was here before them in the flesh so how could they not believe she wouldn’t be alright?!!!

At the day came to an end, Shawn,Ken and Caden also agreed to go with her. Only Ash remained unseen for a good number of days.

Just how many times had it been? Like an endless night mare to him, he had watched her die. According to his knowledge of the south, death was what awaited them.

He didn’t want to die just yet, if possible, he didn’t want to die at all!!!!
