In the living room, Ye Qian sighed and shook his head as he understood why his mother won't believe he could even cook something which was worth eating.

He was not been even able to make instant noodles a few years ago and now that he said he could cook, so of course his mother won't believe him.

"Mom, Qian'er really makes nice food, we have been eating the dinner he made for a few days now."

Yuan Meng said while she walked to Ye Qian's side and took his hand in hers.

Grandma Yan patted her head and then turned to Ning Wei and continued.

"Come let's make a feast for everyone since all the family women are here."

She said and took Yuan Meng and Ning Wei's hands and walked in with a delightful smile on her lips.

No one knew what she was thinking in her mind as she walked into the kitchen while holding Yuan Meng and Ning Wei's hands.

Meanwhile, behind them, Ye Qian stood still for a few seconds before sighing and following behind.

In the kitchen, the atmosphere was quite boisterous.

The ladies entered and discussed what to do and what not to do.

Soon the three started to wash the vegetables after taking them out of the fridge and continued to check the vegetables and started to chop them.

But soon they found out that the basic things were not in the house.

Ye Qian was the one who noticed that he had not gone to market today so he said everything and rushed out of the kitchen.

Ning Wei also waved her hand at him but didn't know if she should call him or not, and even if she did what should she call him?

"Hey Little Qi, don't be in a rush or the shopkeeper will fool you."

But Grandma Yan's words made the ladies laugh out loud.

Ye Qian waved at the two with a smile and nodded at Grandma Yan as he walked out of the kitchen.

Seeing Ye Qian walk out, the ladies sat on the chair and continued to talk while doing their things.
