'Does he really!?' Kujou was slightly surprised when she heard Fuyuki's confident filled suggestion. It was clear she hadn't expected a student to actually come with a solution here and asked back.

Fuyuki was certainly one of the few asked to be left behind for this operation but strategy etc brain tasks were something she wasn't holding any expectation of. If anything, it should have been her task to provide a means there. That's what she had been thinking.

"Do you have a plan?"

"I...am not sure enough to call it a plan to be honest. It's just I have the hunch it might be worth trying. Ah, but I would be in a vulnerable state during that, so can you protect me until then?"

"A hunch huh......very well. Rest assured no harm will befell on you."

"Thank you."

Fuyuki replied with a relieved expression, and un-done the Shadow Sniper's evolution.

He placed his right atop the chest, seemingly to concentrate, as he took a deep breath and whispered in soft words, almost like making a request.

"------The phantasmal King seek for «Yomogi»."

(Yomogi?)

Tenji muttered under his breath. It was the name he was hearing for the first time as well.

He was surprised, but then again, not as much compared to seeing no changes in Fuyuki's appearance. To put it in fewer words, appearance change, like getting bigger or smaller was the trait of Fuyuki's calling. Hence Tenji felt it was a bit odd.

Still, he held on to his curiosity and waited for Tenji to make his move. Fuyuki had just raised his face, seemingly smiling somewhere, that he finally felt a change in his body.

"Eyes..."

"Oh, yes. I haven't told you about Yomogi eh, Tenji? Well, too bad the timing isn't right so let's leave it for later."

Fuyuki gave off a warm smile and the next moment, his 'eyes', the sole transformed part, suddenly flickered. The eyes that should have been originally light brown now had three circles surrounding the pupils' transformed green eyes.

His eyes flickered for a moment, then he softly murmured.

"Found it."

Kujou's eyes slightly widened when she saw how quickly Fuyuki managed to dish out the result. The shock was more so considering the fact that not even her inherent ability, which is touted as one of the strangest yet excellent super powers in the world, could find the monster.

But Fuyuki took only a second.

Regardless, the stock of Fuyuki had risen in the heart of Kujou at the prospect of his bright future. But then she quickly reigned on her elated feeling unsuitable for the battle as she asked without wasting a moment.

"Where it is."

Fuyuki wasn't---or more precisely, couldn't give an immediate answer.

Yomogi was the sole mythical beast among Fuyuki's friends that was incapable of fighting. In fact, Yomogi was weak enough that even a fifth-grade monster could trample over. Well, a small, round spirit like existence no bigger than a human's palm does fit the bill of someone to be protected. It had a soft, fluffy body with green fur that you would want to hug at once and a round tale---in short, it had a lovable yet mystified appearance that you couldn't explain in words.

But on the other hand, perhaps to compensate for the extremely weak build, there was however one thing it excelled in more than anything---an ability in its own league even when compared to any mighty mythical beast.

---Danger Sense.

Because it was weak that it had a sharp sense, almost to a bizarre level, reaction against the strong. Any distance or obstacles were as good as having nothing when it came to this. The strong just needed to do as much as glance at its way and Yomogi's sensor would rung like there's no tomorrow.

But the said sensor was also not omnipotent however. It helped in roughly telling which direction. but the same dangers were discerned via rough 'colour'. Quite a plain way, isn't it?

Fuyuki had selected Yomogi to see if the sensor could pick up any idea. Then again, even he wasn't sure about success, but he decided to evolve. But considering no battle power and trait, it might as well be actually a retrogression. It wasn't exaggeration to say Fuyuki as of now was the weakest monster alive on the surface.

(Woah, I can't even feel the life force of Fuyuki much......just what kind of mythical beast has he picked up?)

Tenji was slightly taken aback seeing the MP atoms around Fuyuki diminishing to an alarming level. It was normally a suicide, an option no one in sane mind would opt. After all, no one knows from which angle, when or where any underlying appear to act.

Still, this shows to the extent of his trust over surrounding explorers.  

Tenji felt like he was struck with an odd sensation. Even though he was staring into the pale, shining green eyes of Fuyuki, it felt like he was looking at him, but also not at him.

Then out of nowhere, Fuyuki suddenly looked up.

"It's already upon us!"

The instant he said that, a strange shadow had appeared above the present.
