’Is this woman crazy?’ They both thought at the same time.

Helena just smiled at her and looked at Grace.

Helena smirked and said, "Grace, how can you say that? Do you mean that Faye’s mother did not teach the manners that your mother had taught you? Do you mean that Faye’s mother wasn’t as good a mother as yours? How can you say such a thing? Did you forget who Faye’s mother was?

"She is a professor who has taught rules and manners to countless students. How can you say that she isn’t as good as your mother when it comes to teaching kids?"

Grace stiffened instantly. Her mother had graduated from university, but that’s all. How could she compare to a professor?
